Well after the 2020 Snowmageddon, I can say that these boots are amazing. When I first received them, I did not like them. The pillowy sole makes you put way too much weight on the balls of your feet during general walking and hiking. They fit fine, and I am able to wear both a regular sock and thick wool with them. The waterproof factor is great, and so is the heat retention. But yet my feet do not sweat in them while I am inside with the heat. I stepped in a lot of snow drifts and did hours of shoveling over the past 2 days and my feet stayed warm and dry. Also, I felt them grip on any ice I encountered. ... show more
