This dress is so pretty and is so stylish! I was sent the wrong size initially but reordered and it fits like a glove! The top is a little lose but I'd rather have it that way than too tight. It's not always easy to find things to fit me well since I've gained weight as I've gotten older. This was actually flattering on me and that is hard to find!

Pay attention to the material info when you think of buying a color listed here. I love the cotton dress and I am not impressed with the polyester dress. The cotton dresses fit and look like the classic vintage dress you’d expect. The material feels right, true to the era, and relatively high quality for an Amazon purchase. The cotton is more constricting though. I cannot comfortably raise my arms because the material has less give. I like it this way because it is what I jokingly call my “trophy wife dress”. I must be dainty and proper in this dress that has less freedom of movement. Some of the colors are listed as a polyester material. It is stretchy and does not give the classic cotton feel. If you prefer stretchy dresses then maybe this is for you, but I do not like them. I do not like the way the material rolls and bunches. I do not like how it sits on my body and it’s obvious just by looking at it that it is not the proper classic cotton. But I can lift my arms in this dress and make wider steps. If I needed to spend time doing anything active but I wanted to pretend to look elegant, I’d probably go for this dress.

Fantastic color and quality. I am 5'2" with a large chest and narrow hips/legs. I ordered a large. The top of the dress fits great. The bottom of the dress is a little to big. The fabric is really nice and comfortable.

It’s not the most form fitting or “snug” but still keeps its shape. I likely would try a smaller size if I were to get one again, just to see if it complements my figure better. The dress doesn’t have “lining” and the fabric is inexpensive as was expected, and is white on the inside. I don’t have a problem with this and think the shape is mostly universally flattering based on my body shape growing up. I’ll def wear this more than once and don’t regret the purchase, it’s just not the most comfortable in comparison to other fabrics, but is certainly comfortable enough to wear all day with heels as a teacher. I used to be 170 lbs heavier and held a lot of weight in my stomach and so the rest is for my ladies with curves. I was big my whole life until about 2018 and believe this would still look nice on a different designed woman, and, if you have curves, you very well know that once you get an item in whether it would shape well on your figure and that time is not so far past that I would forget what shapes I needed at the time for my body.

Fantastic dress! Looked great for a military function with its pinup styling. The material wrinkles easily but I was able to take an iron to it on a low temperature. I’m 5’8” and the length was perfect.

It shimmers and shines and changes color when I move. It fits me nicely. It's comfortable. The only flaw, is that the sequins scratch me under my arms.
