The quality is good, it doesn't feel cheap but it runs big. If you're in the smaller/petite side I wouldn't get this. It doesn't fit the waist at all not even close. But the material does feel great.

This dress is perfect and fits perfectly! Im 5’1 and it’s exactly above the ground not touching the floor. Slit is not too high it’s perfect and ruffles hide the tummy a little. Exactly what I was looking for!

Bought this to wear to a day wedding but returned. Recommended size for me was 14 but it’s a tad loose. Didn’t love that it hit the floor on me. I’m 5’3 180 40 DD. Too formal looking for the event. Would buy again in size 12 and maybe a different color. The blue was cute but bland. Love the frilly sleeve, frills that run down and cute little cowl neck. Also love that you can wear a bra without straps showing since I hate strapless bras with big boobs. Probably would look lovely in black for a formal event.
