I looked at a lot of customer photos and reviews before buying and had some doubts, but it actually fits me similarly to the model, even though I'm heavier. I found it true to size. I'm short waisted and don't think it would look great on apple shapes or long waisted types. Or, size up if you want to give it a try. I'm 5'4" and the sleeves on size L are a perfect length. Very soft, medium weight. Subtle peplum. I hope it doesn't pill, but I have a trusty sweater shaver.

Perfect little office sweater for those sweltering hot days outside with air conditioning cranking in the office. I wear light sleeveless shells with these little cardigans over them. I have this in a few colors. It's a nice thin soft material. I ordered my usual size and the fit was just right.

I love the quality of this sweater. It's a beautiful shade of lavender. It is versatile in thst I can wear it with jeans or a dress. It's not thick but perfect for spring, fall and in AC. It's definitely a value for the cost, looks expensive. I've not washed it so I don't know about shrinkage. I will buy again. By reference I'm 5'2 136 36B and bought a medium. I could have probably gotten a small but I like the looseness in this style.
