I am editing this as the company reached out and replaced the hoverboards. So far they are working great! We purchased three hoverboards for our kids for their birthdays. They loved them and rode them all the time. They were only used on concrete. All three have stopped working completely. We got replacements for two of them and both of those quit working too. They work perfect and then after a month they start beeping non-stop and then shut off and never work again. ... show more

Broke down after only 2 weeks. Because I had bought it beforehand and put it in my closet, the warranty expired. Basically my granddaughter's gift brought tears rather than joy. She only rode it indoors and never got to use it outside. Customer service was awful and basically it was too bad, warranty is expired. This year, I'll upgrade with the original Hoverboard company rather than these. ... show more
