I bought two scooters as Christmas presents for a 5 year old boy and 7 year old boy. Both absolutely adore riding this scooter (though they want it to go faster; as a parent I'm totally fine with the speed as-is). Both scooters stay charged through several hours of use. The scooters have been used for a few months now and have help up remarkably well with two boys abusing them near daily. That said, as you seen in one of my pictures, one of the scooters suffered a broken fender/brake. This wasn't a result of poor craftsmanship or quality - my 5 year old wiped out on a concrete curb at full speed and I wasn't surprised that the fender broke judging by the impact. Now, in my opinion, this is where the company really shines: I reached out to see how to get a new fender and brake so I could try to replace myself. Jane, a CS rep, asked for the Amazon order details for a potential warranty submission. Mind you, I was ready and willing to pay the cost for a new fender. But Jane absolutely went above and beyond to get the replacement parts sent to me at no cost. On top of that, they posted a video on YouTube showing how to repair the scooter and asked me if I felt comfortable doing so, which I was. Jane did tell me the part would be coming directly from the factory so it could be awhile before I received it. It took about 3 weeks for the parts to arrive. The repair took about 15 minutes, though I forgot to attach a small rubber gasket (picture included, in case you ever find yourself needing to replace the fender - don't forget! But if you forget, don't fret). Again, I reached out to Jane via email and she contacted an engineer to assure me the piece was not critical, thus saving me from having to disassemble it again. We bought this for my 6 yr old and he loves it. I wanted something that didn't go too fast but was still fun for him. 7.5 mph is fast enough. It does have a low weight limit so the older kids can't ride. So far it has stayed charged when it's supposed too. But be sure to take it off the charger after the 4-5 hour mark or it can be bad for the battery. Don't leave it plugged in all night! ... show more

**Go trax replaced the entire scooter after emailing the company about the original no longer working. Thank you for the support!** Even with proper charging, the scooter will stop working. It indicates a full charge on the display and while powered on, it will not go. Adding that when you call customer service, they refer you to submit a ticket online.
