I like the fact that it’s red, which makes it stand out from the others. It goes about 15 miles an hour, which is fast enough for I live. It’s very easy to put together If I could do it anyone can! I think Gotrax are really reliable and affordable. this took quite a time to get here, I guess they ran out of red for Christmas. It does what it says I would recommend it for anyone over 15 It’s very similar to my last scooter from them, but this one has a better speedometer I think that’s what it? please wear a helmet!! If you hit your head on the sidewalk, you’ll probably end up in hospital with a major concussion or worse! it’s just not worth taking the risk. I see people every day without a helmet on it’s also cold outside But one That is DOT approved and that has a face shield ! it will keep your head warmer and’s stop stiff getting in your face. it’s safer than a bicycle helmet. 🪖 ... show more

After using it for a week, I would say this is a great electric scooter, solidly built, easy to assemble, and quick to start. I think it's very friendly for me as a first-time electric scooter user, as there are two-speed modes, I started with the slow speed first to get my pace up. The riding experience is great, very steady, and good quality. It's very convenient as it's foldable. I use it for short-distance trips to nearby grocery stores. It can be used at night too as it comes with a headlight. I think my dog is jealous of me having it, lolllll ... show more

I wasn’t sure how it can climb the hills. I went with some speed, it slowed down but still I was able to climb without touching my feet to the ground unlike the electric bike I have. With that one I have to use man power at the same hill. Pros: Folding is easy, not too heavy to grab and put it to the trunk. Charging time is average, headlight is bright enough. Tires look durable and not too small. Cons: It is a XL size scooter and you might need some space in your trunk if you want to carry it around in your car. It might be a good feature to have switchable batteries. One thing I noticed was the noise came from the brakes. After 5-10 miles of using it, the sound went away. I guess it was because of the grease on the disc. I will also try seat extension because it’s a big scooter and I think a seat could fit well. ... show more
