Love the unique style of this necklace. I purchased this to use for a costume, but I will be able to use this with my usual wardrobe. It is made of metal, not cheap plastic and is the perfect length. I have a skirt and blouse outfit with a black background and bright red roses. Though I have worn a different pair of earrings (a red rose), the post on the pack of both of them would frequently come off, despite multiple types of glues used. I finally got tired of wear and fixing, wearing and fixing, so when I found these earrings I was astounded. They not only would not need posts glued back on, but the rose pattern actually matched the outfit ever so much better. When I saw that a matching pendant went with the earrings, it was a slam dunk.     • This is just a really pretty necklace.
The detailing on the thorn vines around the outside is wonderful. The rose is intricate but doesn't seem like it's particularly fragile or breakable. The chain is a little bit on the wide side for what I would have paired with this pendant, but I have a handful of other chains that I can switch too. (Honestly, I have actually worn the chain more times than the pendant at this point because it looks really nice with a different set of pendants that I have. So it's not a complaint about the chain at all, just the balance between the beautiful dainty necklace and the bigger chain.)
