It appears to be good quality and it has no odor. So maybe it is good quality material. It was inexpensive all things considered. And you’ll get what you pay for. Still for me I find it. It’s too much but you can read the measurements so you’ll know what you get.

However, when I received it, it did not vibrate… As well as on the box packaging it had the insignia of lithium battery or battery in general caution sticker on the box which led me to believe that it vibrated… So, the item description is extremely misleading
