I ordered a small reflective collar for my 9 pound dog. It's a touch bigger than I like, but doesn't slip over her head, so it should be okay. The reflective collar is bright and beautiful, and the stitching with her name and phone number is clear and precise. A range of colors was available, including multicolored stitching, which is what I chose. As we are in public alot, I don't want our info boldly displayed, and the multicolored stitching is perfect, but very clear. The collar looks to be very durable, and I think the price is very reasonable. This is an unsolicited review - I just love the collar, and when it eventually wears out, I will order a other one! ... show more

Highly recommend this collar from this company. I ordered the wrong size collar (totally my fault) but didn't realize it until the collar arrived - and it was entirely too long for my newly adopted dog. First, my initial order was timely, correctly personalized, and packaged sufficiently well. I was upset that I must have noted the wrong measurements for my dog, especially because the collar was quite nice - sturdy, high quality. To the company's credit, when I asked whether I could get a replacement collar, they agreed to do so free of charge, which was VERY generous of them, considering it was my fault. I really appreciated this, and the 2nd collar arrived quite quickly, and was equally high quality but the right size for my little guy. ... show more

My 12-year-old diabetic dog is not likely to run off at this stage of her life, but if something were to happen, I can now sleep easier knowing she has a beautiful collar with her name and my cell phone number stitched into it. The collar is just the right size, bold enough to see (and it reflects light at night), but not too big to annoy her. When I had a question shortly after receiving her collar, the seller was very, very responsive, prompt, efficient, and thorough. Excellent collar. I like the thivker soft nylon and high quality stitching. Overall looks good on the dog and has a really clear print. I would like more spacing options and more room for extra characters as it seems like there’s lots of room on the collar that’s not used. My only quality complaint is that it’s not mildew resistant. I ordered this collar for one of my dogs and when I wanted another collar I reordered the second one from a different brand. This one is stitched beautifully with big bold letters has a smooth reflective ribbon on it that is stitched on securely and the nylon is a double layer nylon that’s soft. The second one I ordered (is a totally diffwrent compaby/ brand) was a couple of dollars cheaper and had more letter spaces; but not great quality. The other company’s collar was not great; just a single layer of scratchy nylon that the thread comes through on and is very thin. As a result I ordered the second one of these reflective collars that matches the first one on my other dog. I would highly recommend this brand of collar compared to the other personalized collars on here they don’t have the reflective ribbon. My dogs do swim and I did notice that this color does get a slight mildewy musty smell. I do wish that it was a little more water resistant or mildew resistant. However many nylon dog collars do that unless they’re made out of a harder plastic or a specific water resistant material. This is a beautiful product in it fits the dog nicely looks good on in the print is big and bold and the reflective ribbon is a nice touch. I thought I would like a more solid color color but I actually like this one the best. ... show more

    • Nice collar with embroidery

I had previously purchased this embroidered collar without the reflective stripe and was first disappointed with the placement of the sizing so you do not see the full name or phone number but realized, it is still a nice, sturdy collar and IF your dogs get out, the person finding them will still be able to read the collar with no problems. The font would have to be too small to fit within the collar, defeating the purpose. I do like this reflective stripe better as it has the same quality and you can see them at night easier with a flashlight. It gives the added security of knowing if their personalized tags fall off, their name and number is still right there on the collar. Besides does anyone really want their dogs name and your phone number so clear that anyone from near by can read it? I do not, I want the security of IF they got out and someone found them. ... show more

These are great. They are a bit thinner than I expected, but still adequate. I bought two different sizes for my two dogs. Clasp is secure. Stitching is excellent. Reflective material at night.
