The pool table itself is nice! The downside was the person they had deliver it.. there was only one person. THANK GOD my husband was home to help that poor guy! This thing took 5 people to move.. the moving company should be ashamed for only sending one person to deliver it!

I don't write a lot of reviews and when I do, 5 stars are rare but felt the need to do so for this item. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a lot of packaging, which meant that it arrived undamaged so thank you. Yes, it's heavy which is something I'd want in a pool table so thank you. So get some friends over, put it together and start playing. And speaking of putting it together, 24 same sized bolts and washers and an allen wrench was all the hardware that was included and needed. Absolutely one of the simplest assembly jobs ever. Once assembled, the table plays well...solid bed and pretty good rails. My only complaint is the attachment of the pockets to the table as they seem flimsy. We'll see how it holds up over time. Need a smallish, good quality pool table at a reasonable price? This is the one for you...and me. Enjoy. ... show more

Delivery & Packaging The delivery was fast, and the driver handled everything with care. Although the box arrived with a fist-sized hole, the internal packaging was excellent—no damage at all to the table itself. Appearance & Quality The table looks sleek and modern, and it’s impressively heavy-duty. Don’t expect top of the line wood for under $1,000. I’m pretty sure this is just heavy duty pressed particle board- the frame and legs but not the table. The table must be made of something much heavier duty with it being as heavy as it is. Assembly Experience My husband managed to assemble most of it on his own, with just a little help from me. We used a clever trick: we laid the pool table top on an adjustable-height Lifetime table that was sturdy enough to support the weight. I posted a picture for context. While the pool table rested securely on that surface, my husband crawled underneath to attach the legs and middle panels. Once everything was in place, we carefully tilted the pool table and slid the Lifetime table out—done! Ease of Setup This method made assembly fairly simple and safe, and really only required 1–2 people despite the instructions stating four able bodied people would be required. It took almost as much time to unpack the table as it did to assemble it. Pro Tip Attach the levelers to the legs first, then screw the legs on while the table is supported. It saves time and effort. Overall I’d say this is a decent buy. I would’ve liked an 8-footer but to get the same quality as this it would have been well over $1,000. For the cost a good pool table, especially if you have space constraints- which we don’t, just money constraints. ... show more
