I was so happy to find Western boots in my size (12 women's). The fact that they are also pink was icing on the cake. They look like they do on the site. They fit and are comfortable for a really good price. I am thinking about getting this in other colors like light blue.

But I still had to return it. The shift is way too big. I measured my size 10 and it was 16 inches. Size guide says smaller. I want to wear those with a short dress and my legs were swimming in shaft. So disappointed because otherwise they are perfect.

The media could not be loaded. These boots came in the mail and they were so cute! But then I looked a little closer and realized there were scuff marks on them and the bottoms were super worn. There were also some weird blue marks near the stitching at the top of the boots. I like these but not worth the money cause they were definitely worn before. Edit: They sent me a new pair for free, which was very nice. They really help me with my issue, but when the new boots came they still had marks on them. Extra Edit: They reached out to me a second time and help me with a method to remove the scuffs! It worked okay and they were super helpful! The boots are better the second time around and this store does its best to make the customer VERY happy! They are wonderful! ... show more
