The rug came in a vacuum-sealed bag and once you open it, the instructions are to shake the rug outside and then place it inside of the dryer for a few minutes to fluff. It didn't really do any extra fluffing after placing it in the dryer but it is already so soft that I wasn't even mad. It only took a day of laying flat on the ground for all of the wrinkles to come out. So far, I am happy with my purchase. My 2-year-old loves having it in his room and even lays on it over lying in his bed.

I love how soft this rug is and it seems like it will hold up, but I just got it so I don't know for sure. You can't vacuum this rug unless you turn off the spinning brush on your vacuum. If you leave it on, it sucks up the rug so it makes it difficult to clean. With the brush off it is quite an arduous task, but I'm okay with it for how nice and soft the rug is.

The area rug is NOT the same color as the photo shows ( photo shows a darker green ) ! I needed the darker green or a brown, I trusted the photo so I went for the green. I thought I was getting exactly the color green that's on the photo BUT it came in as a very light green. I was disappointed. I had to re order a brown rug just to be on the safe side. I really love everything else about it so I'm keeping it and using it in a different area of my home. I like that It feels Very soft.

We bought this for one purpose, we have a well-designed dog ramp that was custom-made for our service dog. The dog ramp was pretty steep, and we needed a carpet that had some pile to it and was going to hold up to the wear and tear of our dog running up and down the ramp. This carpet running works out great. We bought the blue, 2 feet x 4 feet. The pile is perfect, so her nails can grasp the carpet as she gets enough traction to get up the steep ramp. There is a good cushion on the rug as well, giving our dog the padding she needs. We ended up stapling the carpet to the ramp. Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. My dog peed on it the 2nd night! Lol and we washed it and it washed well and dried well, still soft so I’m happy about that! However it’s smaller than I thought it would be by like 2 inches. It’s covering the amount of floor space needed tho. I just don’t want my dog or cat peeing directly on the carpet if they ever have an accident which is rare! But now that I’ve moved furniture around and we have more floor space, I want to make sure my carpet is covered from the animals lol. Feel like I should of gotten a black rug tho! Would of matched my room better 😆

Purchased the runner, 2 x 8 and the 3 x 5 for the kitchen. Beautiful white color. Soft but THIN, at least it will FIT in the washer and be easy to wash due to its THINNESS. Does NOT slide, at least not yet. OVERALL, wish it was thicker but happy with this set. Would purchase again. Four stars, 1 off for the THINNESS which may affect DURABILITY in the future.
