I bought this tool chest to help me organize my tools in the garage and it as good as my expectations. It is well made with high quality materials, very sturdy and durable to use. I like the design with 6 drawers, a middle storage compartment and a cabinet at the bottom, which gives me more space to store my tools and supplies. The red color with a shiny anti-rust feature makes it easy to find the chest in low light conditions at my garage. I had no problem with the installation, just followed the instructions and it was done. Each drawer slides smoothly, making it easy to access to get the tools. The protective lining inside helps prevent scratches and keeps tools from sliding around. There is a safety lock that locks all the drawers. The sliding door design of the middle storage compartment makes it easy to open with one hand, convenient to use. I installed hooks on the side designed with small holes so I can hang my tools on it. The other side has a ergonomic handle that makes moving the tool chest easy. The tool chest can be moved around with 4 wheels at the bottom and they are lockable. Not only do they make it easy to move the chest even when it is loaded with heavy tools and items, but they can also be locked to prevent it from sliding. Don’t buy this garbage! Tool box arrives heavily damaged in multiple areas. The corners so bad the wheel brackets would never be able to be installed. On top of this the keys do not unlock the box! Called Amazon and send 6 pictures and they refuse to refund my money! After paying over $50 for shipping. Been a loyal Amazon customer for a long time and have all this! Avoid the same mistake I made in ordering any heavy items from Amazon!

Let's first say that you've gotta consider what you're paying for it. You shouldn't be expecting high metal gauge or a superior tool chest. That said, I'm rating it 3 stars for a few reasons. It came bent in two places on the bottom, where the wheels go. Being thin metal, it wasn't hard to bend it enough to get the casters attached, but I'm disappointed that the packaging, which was great, was completely unblemished. That means it was packaged damaged and sent that way. The instructions could use more detail, the images need to be bigger and pieces labeled better. The hardware was stuck in a little bag all mixed together- you need to be able to recognize the different bolt and screw sizes from experience, or you'll be stuck just trying them until one fits right. Plus the small images in the instructions don't exactly help you identify. Aside from it coming from the manufacturer damaged, subpar instructions and crappy hardware identification, assembly was more of a pain than necessary. Given the size and shape of the packaging I don't see why it was in so many pieces. Last thing would be that one of the drawer mats was torn almost into two pieces. Otherwise, once assembled, it's good for the price point. Drawers glide smooth, there are two different locks and key sets, it's the size it's supposed to be. If it came in proper condition I would be pretty satisfied.
