I recently got the KUSNUG Goose Feather Down Comforter for my California King-size bed. This is an excellent product for the price. It is very full and fits well in the duvet cover. While the direction just recommend putting in the dryer for 10 minutes to fluff, I don't like anything not being fully washed first. I washed with light detergent and then fully dried in my dryer on medium heat. There was still a "smell" after being fully dried. It was only noticeable if I put it up to my nose. Once in my duvet I have not noticed a smell and it makes the duvet look very plush and comfy.

I really love this comforter. I shop on Amazon frequently, and this is definitely one of my favorite purchases in while. Initially, I hesitated to buy it because some reviews mentioned noise issues. However, I decided to purchase it anyway, considering that some noise would be expected due to the feathers inside. During the first week, I did notice some noise, but it was tolerable. After using it for a couple of weeks, I no longer hear any noise. It provides just the right amount of warmth – not too hot but certainly cozy. I think it might be too warm for places like Florida, but for colder climates or for those who are always cold when sleeping, this could be a great choice. The comforter looks and feels luxurious. I especially like the grey color and soft cotton. This is my first time using a down comforter with a duvet, and I definitely prefer it over regular comforters. Even though the duvet is more wrinkled than a standalone comforter, the goose/down comforter is so cozy that I can tolerate a few wrinkles from the duvet cover. I bought a King comforter to use in a Queen duvet.

I will say I am disappointed with the fact that it was supposed to be goose down but the label on the product says waterfowl feathers. that being said it has a nice weight and super comfortable .
