It came well packed and clear instructions on how to care/clean for this comforter. I love how fluffy it is. It is also very warm and lightweight for me. I had a different comforter before and it went flat easily, but this one I had about a week or so, I have no problem so far. Love it anyway!

The packaging was nice. It came vacuum packed with a storage bag and care instruction card, as some of the pictures show. However, upon opening and fluffing, this is not as near as fluffy as the pictures show. The shell is very soft, but I love my comforters to be really poofy and this was severely lacking. There isn't a smell and its not noisy at all. Also, even after putting in the dryer it is VERY wrinkled. Edit: I added a star because after a couple of days it is fluffier. Still not as big as the picture, but honestly it is a really nice comforter. It's very soft and light, yet still feels warm. I haven't tested it during colder months, though.
