This is a really smart, simple tool for small businesses looking to get more Google reviews without making the process awkward or complicated for customers. The idea is straightforward—customers can either tap their phone or scan the QR code and be taken to your Google review page. Setup was pretty quick, but it does require a little attention to detail. You’ll need to correctly link it to your Google review page, so it’s not quite “zero effort,” but definitely manageable even if you’re not super tech savvy. Once it’s set up, it works well. The tap feature is convenient, and the QR code is a nice backup for phones that don’t support NFC. I love that there’s no subscription or ongoing fees—just a one time setup and you’re good to go. I hope that lasts for a very long time. The acrylic stand has a clean, professional look and feels durable enough for a front counter or desk. It’s subtle but noticeable enough that customers will see it. They can pick it up at their leisure as well. The size is not too big or small, and it's durable.
