Alright, here's the deal: yes, the battery isn't the best. Yes, it only lasts for about 2 days before having to charge it. BUT, it takes an hour to charge to 100%. That's it. Is it a bit annoying? Sure. But if you can't be without the watch for one hour, then your problems may be bigger than a watch. Plus, if you don't run a zillion apps through your watch, then the battery lasts longer. The watch came in the manufacturer's box and was completely assembled and had an extra watch band included (added bonus). The Fitbit app that comes included is very easy to use, and you get Fitbit premium free for 6 months. The watch connects easily to my phone and texts and calls come through perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was that I can't use my own photos for customizing my watch face. But again, a minor problem that doesn't really affect my life negatively in any way. For the price, I think this watch is perfect. I really don't want to drop over $200 on a new watch that does the exact same thing as this one does. I'd say to take the plunge and buy the refurbished product. I have several refurbished products from Amazon (including the computer I'm typing this review on) and I have yet to be disappointed. ... show more

I wanted a step tracker that wasn't Fitbit because I refuse to waste money on their products anymore. I was going for a lower cost smartwatch that handled the basics and this gets the job done. It pairs with my older Pixel without a problem. You can add or delete apps from it. It comes with the Fitbit app. I didn't think I would use the Google pay feature because I didn't think it was that much more convenient that just using my phone but, I was wrong. It's super convenient. I'm a convert. I chose the braided band and it fits well though, I had to adjust it to almost the smallest it would go. I have tiny wrists. great for tracking your sleep pattern. I haven't used it for calls on my phone. It does need to be charged regularly, but has a convenient charger.

This was a gift for our high school aged son and he is loving it. It was really easy to connect to his Google phone and has been a great tech gift for him. He loves not needed to pull out his phone for every notification and being able to filter whether or not he needs to give things his attention. I love that he is better engaged in family moments. The watch is versatile and fits well. It looks good and is sleek and comfortable. Our older daughter has had the same watch for over a year and it has held up well to regular use. I bought this Pixel watch bundle for my son for Christmas. I purchased it in October and it was opened on Christmas morning. It will not charge and the return window closed at the end of November. I do not recommend this item to anyone.

When I first got it I thought it was heavy compared to my Fitbit charge. Also charging it got rather warm. At midnight I took it off the charging magnet and the next day the watch was dead. I was already to send it back but I read that sometimes when they have a large update that it takes a lot of memory. So I recharged it and it's been great ever since. It'll last all day and part of the night. It doesn't seem to get as warm as it first did and it shuts off automatically when it's full. It works with my Fitbit app. I wanted a Google watch that had the fall system in it. I am a senior citizen and that concerns me. It was easy for me to set up and the way it's made it doesn't feel that heavy on my arm. I haven't slept with it yet because I have been burned by other smart watches. I don't think it's going to bother me that much because of the way it's built. ... show more
