This phone is like new. Came with a nice male to male USB-C cord (and adapter), stupid fast file transfers to PC. Photos are unreal. Going from S10e it's like going from a toy to a real camera. The phone came from Verizon, and it will never be possible to unlock the device to load a custom OS. I checked all the phone cracking forums, not even if you do all the typical phone cracking tricks, it will never unlock. Verizon does that now. Don't use verizon! Xfinity uses their network and is 1/3 the price. The Verizon rep lied to me and said it was not unlocking because it was stolen or sold illegally. I was going to return the phone and buy it brand new from Google Story. The price had gone down to $649 for the brand new 128Gb. Waited too long and the next day it was back up to $899. Nope. I really want GrapheneOS, but not for double the price. I paid $495, it looks like more now. Keep your eyes open and be patient, get a good deal. I can't tell this is refurbished because it's in brand new condition. I switched from the iPhone 8+, and I really like this phone's features a lot better. I am so glad I made this purchase. I purchased this phone less than four months ago, spending $500 for the phone. There are the following issues with the phone. 1. The screen is defective. I am intermittently unable to unlock the screen and at times, when I unlock the screen it is completely white. 2. I took the phone to the Verizon store where I purchased a service plan and asked to have a PhoneCheck scan run on the phone. The IMEI and sim slots were registered and I was told that it is unlikely that this phone entered the resale market legitimately. The phone was advertised as new. It was anything but. Thiscseller has a 15% one star reviews history, every one of them essentially a complaint of fraud. 3. I have requested a copy of the sellers PhoneCheck scan but have not received it. This is a scan that Amazon requires on refurbished phones sold on its platform. The seller claims to keep scan records for 90 days only. However, PhoneCheck says the scans are kept permanently. 4. The seller suggested that I contact Google for warranty support on the phone. Google says that because of the provenance (described above) of the phone, they can not offer warranty support on the phone. I do not recommend this seller. ... show more

The device I got was in excellent condition overall. The attached photo shows the visor cracked in two corners, however, after further inspection it appears to just be an aftermarket visor protectors that perhaps the technicians at the refurbishing company tried to remove without success. This doesn't bother me and I can remove it at any time, however, I don't think such aftermarket protectors should be left on the device. Moreover, the battery has +450 cycles, which is borderline 80% of original. From the software side, the device asks for AT&T ESim but thankfully accepts any provider. This scared me at first, but I'm happy to say that the device is definitely unlocked. To summarize: + Excellent condition screen - aftermarket visor cover - device asks for AT&T ESim (accepts others though) - battery has +450 cycles ... show more

This phone came in perfect condition. FedEx did leave it in the snow in a paper bag and delivery was late. Battery gets really really hot in just a few minutes of charging. Kinda scared about that. Zero scratchs at all not even a tiny micro scratch. Packaging sucked to be blunt. I would definitely recommend. Maybe I'll update on the battery situation. It does seem to be holding it's charge. But heat is really bad for battery health. Good deal, really nice . No need for pictures, Google brand new pixel 7 pro and that's what mine looks like. (Update: battery is fine but the OS is extremely glitchy, I've noticed when I exit app and re enter after even just one minute the apps will just complete reset. Seems to be something to do with the ram. Makes the phone really annoying. My note 10 plus was much better) ... show more

I was nervous about spending $300 on a renewed phone- but I am so glad I did. I have only had the phone for a day- so I will update if my opinion changes. So far, the phone was in excellent condition- no scratches on the screen or back that I could see. I put in my SIM from here in Bangladesh and it was recognized immediately. I connected to my pixel 3XL and was able to transfer everything over seamlessly and quickly. This morning, I updated to Android 14- again an easy task. I have only taken a few pictures so far- but they definitely live up to the Pixel camera name. I tried out Interpreter mode and I can see me getting a lot of use out of that. The face recognition doesn't always work- and sometimes it turns the phone on when I don't actually want it to. The in-screen fingerprint sensor works great- so I may just disable face recognition. I ordered from SoonerSoft electronics when they matched the lowest price available on Amazon Renew- because they had the best customer ratings. I wasn't disappointed. The phone arrived must sooner than estimated and lives up to its 'excellent condition' rating. Update on the face unlock: Actually, it works better than I thought- It was just me getting used to how it works, never having had this option before! ... show more
