Phone works great and was in great condition. There were some scratches on the outside of the phone, but that's getting covered by the case, so it doesn't make any difference. The screen seemed to be in perfect condition. It was unblocked as advertised. Everything seemed to work as advertised—the flashlight, volume control, fingerprint reader, actual function with apps—it's all great. The phone isn't super slow either. One of the main reasons I wanted a Pixel was because of the camera, and it did not disappoint. The photos and videos are excellent quality, and the microphone is pretty decent (although I've heard better). Obviously, every refurbished phone is going to be different, but I had a great experience with this seller and would definitely consider buying from them again. ... show more

Better than I expected! First of all, the phone is flawless. ZERO scratches, dings or damage of any kind. Second, it's advertised as "doesn't include charger", but mine came with a brand new cable and charger in original wrapping. Third, some people are saying these phones are NOT unlocked, and while this one shows "Xfinity Moble" in the SIM/ESIM menu, it does in fact allow ESIMs from other carriers to be installed and activated. I know because I tested it on a real (very cheap) ESIM that I bought for use in the Philippines. If this phone were really locked to a carrier, there's no way it would have allowed the activation of this ESIM from another carrier. And Last, the battery must be brand new, because it lasts and lasts. So happy with this phone! Great deal for the price!!! ... show more

Received the phone as described, no major issues in hardware other than the frequent "power button bug" a lot of pixels get at some point. Have no problems with service for a few months until my mobile provider is doing some upgrades on how they distribute service and suddenly the device no longer receives data at all. After talking with the service provider they investigate the phone and discover that it's not fully unlocked and therefore can't connect to certain to every service network, despite being described as such on the Amazon store. At this point I have a device that will become functionally useless to me if I cannot unlock it myself. Since the device is outside of the warranty window the seller has told me that it is no longer available for return, which is not my concern, I just want the phone to work as described. ... show more

I bought one of the 6a phones for my older son and he said it was working fine for him and his online sales business. A couple months later I ordered one for myself. Both were very good condition refurnished phones. My 6a phone had the worst sound for phone calls of all the phones I've ever owned over many years. Nobody could hear well on that phone and no adjustments helped. Amazon did allow me to return it, but I fell on ice and could not try to return it until the very last day, today, Jan. 10, 2025. Snow is piling up and, of course, I am a senior and not very interested in testing my stability of snow that is piling up. They directed me to UPS for the location of a dropbox. It also said they could pick up the package. When I called, I was told, even with the info on the return package, I owed $27.00 for the pickup. I drove on ice and snow, a 6 mile round trip, got out of the car, put it in the drop box, and returned home. Safely, but I saw a UPS truck about a half mile from my home just as I reached my neighborhood. I guess this is a complaint against UPS, more than Amazon. But, my rating is for the phone itself. So far this has been a great phone. The condition was as expected, very good. Also the added bonus that I got a phone with an unlockable bootloader. This is really hit or miss, most sellers don't specify. They generally mean "carrier unlocked" but the unlockable bootloader is a different thing. I've also been blown away by battery life. I was driving with navigation turned on for several hours, and it handled it like a champ, probably about 6% per hour. I've never had a phone that could do that before. ... show more

I was initially hesitant to try an older model, refurbished phone, but I’ve now bought two of these in “renewed/refurbished - excellent condition,” and I would highly recommend them. Both work like new, though the second one arrived with a small ding, and its charger didn’t work. I contacted Amazon, and they immediately offered to send me a replacement or provide a partial refund. The phone takes great photos, even when zoomed out, though it’s not the best for low-light or night shots. The main drawback is the battery life—it dies very quickly, even when not in use. Both phones usually lasted me less than a day, even in battery saver mode and with deliberate efforts to conserve battery. I recommend setting up “Find My Phone” in advance or giving Google permission to track your location. I hadn’t set it up and lost my phone; when I tried to find it, Google could only track it to locations I’d visited days before. Google does offer the option to display a message across your screen and make it buzz loudly if someone nearby can hear it. However, these features are only available for a short time after the battery dies, and unfortunately, I didn’t notice it was missing until it was already too late. Although still a bit pricey, I liked the phone enough to buy it again! ... show more

The phone works great. The back glass is all etched and the sides have metal scratches. But this is a refurbished phone so I was not expecting perfection. Got a case cover coming soon that will cover all of the superficial marks.
