    • Easy to install and quality product
I bought this for a 2017 Subaru Outback. Installation was easy and straightforward. My previous serpentine belt had begun to squeal, which is a common issue for my car model. I hope this Goodyear belt ends up better than the Subaru OEM belt.

    • High quality , but scuff it to improve
Seems very good. After a couple months, I noticed a random squealing. The flat side of this belt is very shiny. It almost looks waxy. I scuffed it up with a wire brush while it was running, and took a little bit of the shine off, and it shut back up

Despite what Amazon says, this does in fact fit a 2015 Subaru Outback. Has been working well so far but have only put about 1,500 miles on it. Don't anticipate any issues though. Replaced the original belt which had 85,500 miles on it (and still looked flawless on inspection but replaced it anyway given the number of miles on it). Started making noise in less than 1 year and 25000 Miles, started chirping once in a while to chirping consistently, and then turned into a squeal. Like other reviews the back is very slick (listed as painted in description) may be that is why. Replaced with another brand. Fits like oem. Reason for three stars ... show more
