UPDATE! I am really impressed with this companies customer service! They contacted me with tips on how to curl the product that worked really well and offered an additional product that does not have the thicker lace material. I LOVE the clip in style extensions. They offer the ability to add more or less hair and they lay flat and undetectable under my hair. They are so comfortable that I literally could use them every day where they Halo I might only use for special occasions. I have another halo that I bought from Lula. This one has a much nicer more natural feel to it and the color match is better for me. More cool tones than the yellow gold that my other one has. It does not quite curl as well as my real hair does, I'm going to try some cool rollers on it to see if they work better. The band with the clips in it gives it extra support so I don't feel like it is going to fall out but it is also quite thick and I feel like it is leaving a bump in my hair. It would probably be fine if my hair was a little thicker!

I’ve only worn them twice and I feel like the ends all of a sudden looks super fuzzy for no reason. I store them in a drawer fully extended so they are not ruffled. So no idea why they would look this way when I have not put any heat on them at all since I bought them..

I ordered these extensions for my daughter. The photos I posted show before and after straight and curly. They're beautiful and well-made hundred percent human hair. They're easy to put in and the color match was perfect. I guess that was a lucky guess on my part though. I do have to admit the only reason why I gave them four stars is because the packaging was not that great. They were wrapped in plastic and shoved in a small box that was crushed (maybe the shipping fault) however, I do feel that the packaging could've been nicer. Being the wife of a Marketing Director, marketing is important and I believe packaging also reflects on the company itself. After all, that is the first thing we see when we open up the shipping box. I purchased 20 inches, 140g, #16, 22 highlights. And it looks beautiful. I recommend and I will be purchasing some for myself as well.
