How to Avoid Tapes of Tape Hair Extensions Not Sticking? 1.Before installation, ensure hair is clean and dry. Avoid washing for 24 hours, and keep conditioner away from the scalp and tape. 2.After application, lightly press the tape area with an 80–90°C straightener for 3–5 seconds to enhance adhesion. How to prevent pulling and ensure flat lay? 1.Apply tapes to thick, horizontal sections parallel to the scalp. Ensure the hair fully covers both top and bottom of the tape. 2.Avoid placing near thin or fragile areas. If tension persists, consult a certified stylist for proper placement. How to apply the tape neatly for maximum adhesion? 1.Align new tape flush with weft edge. Use a rigid card to smooth from center outward, removing air bubbles. 2.Ensure full, wrinkle-free coverage of the PU strip. 3.During application, align top/bottom wefts precisely at roots and press firmly. Can I sew or braid these like regular wefts? No. Designed only for tape-in use. PU backing isn’t needle-safe—sewing may damage integrity. Stick to tape method. How to prevent tangling and frizz? 1.Avoid sleeping with wet hair, as friction can easily cause tangles and damage its shape. 2.We recommend using a silk pillowcase, which significantly reduces nighttime friction and is smoother than cotton, effectively preventing tangles. I couldn’t be happier with these tape-in hair extension wefts! This was my first time trying tape in wefts, I previously have had hand tied weft and regular tape in extensions! I like the way my hair styles better with wefts but like the maintenance and upkeep on tape ins more so this product exceeded my expectations. The quality of the hair is comparable to salon wefts that are typically between $800 - $1000, the hair is absolutely beautiful the hair soft, silky, and very natural-looking. The wefts themselves are thin, flexible and lightweight + my hair did not feel heavy after installing! Being new to this this product I was most worried about the installation process since I planned to install these extensions at home, I can't believe how quick and easy the install was. The tapes adhered without slipping and everything felt secure, I could brush through my hair immediately after installing! These extensions saved a lot of time and money compared to other extensions I’ve tried in the past. The extensions blended seamlessly with my natural hair which is significantly shorter than the extensions. There is no pulling or tension on my natural hair at all. I am able to curl and straighten them and they hold styles very well! I have washed and blown out my hair multiple times with these wefts and the are still shiny and smooth like new with minimal shedding. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I had them professionally installed. And after 2 and a half days, almost 3.. I washed my hair.. and 2 out of the 3 rows totally fell and slipped out more then half way around.. since I was leaving on vacation, my hair dresser said our best option was to sew them in even tho they aren't made to be used as a sew in weft. But as you can see in the last picture how incredibly thin they are.. I paid with install, full color, extentions and overall salon service almost $600. And for these extentions to look like this in my hair. My hair dresser didn't even want to install them back into my hair.. but on short notice with my vacation I had no other options. This is a manufacturer problem.. not my hairdressers. The thin, and poor tape used for this specific product is awful. I normally buy this brand for tape ins..not this method.. I wanted maybe something new and different.. never again. ... show more

Hair is absolutely gorgeous! I purchased the wide 8cm tape ins, 18inch 160g and it was perfect for a full head. Hair remained thick from top to bottom which a lot of hair extensions aren’t consistent with. So comfortable, took under 30 mins to put in. Cut a few layers into them and they’re ready to go! I used to be extension specialist years and used Bellami, hairshop, and Donna Bella extensions. I decided to try these extensions for the first time and so far so good. They are so affordable compared to the professional salon brands. I was worried that they will be stringy and cheap looking but I’m actually surprised. The color is beautiful and the quality feels really nice so far. One thing I will say is the tape base feels a little harsh and sharp so I trimmed the edges to make them more comfortable. The hair was very very coarse and not soft. I had hoped to reinstall this hair, but after only 4.5 weeks, it was so coarse and full of split ends I had to remove it and throw it out. This is despite sleeping in braids every night on a silk pillowcase! Additionally, the way the hair was originally packaged makes it difficult for the hair to lay flat. Pros - I ordered the extra-wide tape in extensions in 16/22. I like these because I can fold them in half making them much easier for the sandwich self-installed extension. Cons - I have a light brown root - blond balayage. The GOO-GOO does not offer that color combination. The hair I ordered has stripes of blond and golden blond. I have thin hair and you can see the blond stripe-tapes through my thin brown hair. I will attempt to dye them but just be aware this brand does not BLEND the hair very well. ... show more
