I luv this shelf so much, it is compact and easy to set up. They even made the connections more convenient and sturdy. I purchased the earlier model a couple of years ago and this one is much better(even though I was willing to purchase the older version)š

Nice little rack for light items.

All in all, this is a decent quality shelf unit. I recently bought two of the same brand for garage, a bit larger. Happy with them. I have all kinds of rolling racks at the house, from different manufacturers. From small to large, in closets and in the garage. Practical and affordable, better than metal wall shelving that can collapse after a while if not secured well enough. (Has happened many times in my clothing closets.) This one is for my regularly used (and abused) 3x3 patio closet. Iām getting tired of stuff falling all over all the time with just a few wall shelves, and since space is at a premium, this will work well. Iām in a true organization modeā¦finally, after 10 years in the same house. These racks are like gold for that. Easy to put together. One pair of extra shelf clips is provided. Two shelf liners are provided. (Why only two is a mystery; this company provided three for a five shelf unit I bought, too. Weird.) I elected to keep feet, but wheels are provided if you want them. Not a rack for much weight; best used for light items. Seems stable when empty. As with my other shelf units, I used a rubber mallet to gently tap rods and shelves are in place properly. Do not, however, pound too hardā¦gentle is the keyword here. I used a little too much force on one corner, and bent it a bit. Cosmetic only. To get shelves fairly evenly spaced, I put each about 13ā apart.

It worked for me!

The rack arrived on time. No damage to the box and all of the pieces were zipped tied together. You also received a piece to attach the rack to the wall as a safety precaution. The rack is smaller than your mind will see it. Get a piece of cardboard to get a good feel of the space it will take up. With that being said . . .read the darn directions! Each section of poles are clearly labeled. You can't mess up if you do. The rack is very light in weight, but if put together correctly it's very stable. And, it's easy to put together. I would suggest that you gently twist the pole if you don't have a rubber mallet as suggested in another review. When you twist it, there is a click and the piece nestles in each other. I'm use to a rack where the poles screw together, but one this small did not come with that feature. That's why it has 4 stars. I would give it 4.5 if that was an option. I went with the black color so it would not stand out. I think it looks great. For $35 this is a steal of a deal! The only thing I would suggest is that you plan for each of the shelves. It's only 5 feet tall! If you need a large space between shelves, you will run out of inches quickly. I would buy this rack again and/or recommend it to someone else.

Just what I needed!! Had dead space in the water closet and this helped solve that problem. Got it on sale and so worth it. Super easy to assemble, light but sturdy and holds a lot of stuff. The material isnāt that shiny metal type I was expecting, not sure how to describe it but thatās fine with me. It did come with small dent on one of the shelves, but I just put it at the bottom, wasnāt a deal breaker. Overall great shelf for storage.

Poor quality, flimsy metal

This rack suited my purpose for pretty lightweight items, but be aware it is not that thick, sturdy metal that this style of shelf usually is. The wires are relatively flimsy and not like other racks I have gotten (for far larger) and less expensively. The price to quality ratio is not great, very expensive for such low quality, but fine for plant starters and grow lights which I what I am using it for. Do not recommend for canned food storage or anything heavy. The stabilizers fell off while assembling rather than letting the shelves slide over them to give it somw stability. Just disappointing quality for so much money, and I even got the "used" version for $37. Not worth $37, much less $47.
