  • 5.5 year old loves it
He received this for Christmas a few days ago and we’ve already played it a bunch. He loves it, though he’s doesn’t love losing as much. Hah. Since it’s something we’re working on, it’s a good game for that. There is some teamwork involved, but ultimately one winner.

  • a good little game
Great little game four players played. I need directions are not 100% clear on the adventures that are there I'm not sure based on reading the directions if it's for just the person who landed on that adventure or if it's for everyone. The boys enjoyed playing it was a fairly quick game. I personally think it is good for kids that are under 12, my 14-year-old was not excited about it. ... show more

  • Fun game
Got it for nephew and said they have played it 5 times a day!

  • Solid game
We got this game as one of the Christmas gifts after seeing it featured in a holiday catalog. Overall, it's a fun game—very similar in concept to Chutes and Ladders, just with a different presentation. The mountain piece needs to be assembled, which definitely requires an adult to avoid damaging it. Once it's put together, I’d recommend keeping it assembled, though it does take up some space. The rules are clear and gameplay is simple—just follow the instructions on each card. It might be a bit dull for adults, but the kids really seemed to enjoy it. ... show more

  • Fun game!
It’ss fun game, but it fits a niche that doesn’t give us a lot of opportunity to play it. For the sake of timeliness, I’m leaving a short review and will update once we have the right group together to enjoy this game since it seems like it’s going to be fun. It is a little time consuming to build the mountain each time and I’m not sure it would hold up well over time, but we’ll see. ... show more

  • Difficult set up, don't expect it to last
I feel like there was a reason this was so cheap. It's not made for longevity due to the difficulty of putting the mountain together for each round of play.

  • I couldn't get past the setup
I acquired this board game through Vine. I was interested in the product as a potential family activity and I was intrigued by the 3D, mountain-shaped board. The game instructions seem fairly easy to follow, as do the mountain-building instructions, but I honestly couldn't get past the mountain-building phase. I should maybe have spent more time breaking in each piece of the mountain. There are clear fold-crease lines that maybe need to be broken in. Otherwise, the pieces are assembled by inserting tabs into slots by label/color. Because the pieces were new and stiff, I too often had to pull panels on top of others and was constantly worried I'd ruin the pieces by being too forceful. After I got the base together, I needed to put the peak on, and then I gave up. After taking it apart, I then struggled to get everything back in the box. The game is rated ages 8 and up. Honestly, because of the assembly required, I would recommend the product for even older children or certainly recommend adult supervision for the setup and breakdown. ... show more

  • Simple concept, fun to play
I got this to play with my wife and kids, I figured the concept was easy enough. My wife and I played it two nights ago, and it's definitely as simple as it claims. It's a bit more fun with more than 2 people, but can be played with 2. I assume the match would last longer too, as she completed the summit in like 10mins and 4 turns. The only thing we didn't like was the setup of the mountain. It wasn't hard per se, but it didnt stick together entirely too well. I assume with more use maybe it will, but the cardboard used is very sturdy. The little character pieces hang well off of the mountain as well, so it's just a cute simple game. ... show more
