It is not top heavy with an Ogio full size cart bag with self stand arms. The bag leans to one side due to the stand legs. Just put a bungee on it for the side you want access to. You'll know when you do that because the cart will fall backwards when you add the golf bag & clubs. For the price of this cart it is well worth it. It does not have the largest storage and my cell phone will fit in there if I put it at an angle. Easy to assemble and it is easy to secure your bag.

Very good golf cart. Solid tires beat the wire rimmed tube tires I had on my other cart. Only down side is no place for a golf umbrella. Can't beat the price.
