Full disclosure: I've never played golf before. My wife and I moved next door to a golf course a few years ago, and we've been promising each other to take up the sport ever since, but for a variety of reasons, we never did. I have an additional complication in that I'm left-handed, so I need clubs that conform to my outlook on life. Mostly we've been pining away, wanting to take the leap but never doing it, when this 7-Piece Complete Set for left handed came across my data feed. As I said, I don't know golf, so I asked my son-in-law who is a golfer, and he thought this would be a great starter set for me. So I snapped it up: My impressions: - I don't know how to gauge a good golf club set, but I like this one! It appears to be solidly made and has the two clubs that I do know about: driver and putter. It also has some other clubs that I don't know what to do with; hopefully it will come to light when I start playing. - The set comes with a bag that has a cute stand. I don't know if this is standard or not, but it does keep the bag upright, so it will be easy to select the appropriate club (once I know how to do that). - The entire kit is very light, so it should be easy to carry around on a golf course. This could be due to the limited number of clubs, but as a beginner I don't see that so much as a limitation as rather narrowing the choices so I can decide quickly. I'm a "glass is half full" kind of guy... - Truth in advertising could use a little help here. The vendor page claims that this is a 7 piece set, and technically it is. What they don't say in bold lettering is that you get 6 clubs and the golf bag. I assumed 7 clubs until I opened the package and only counted 6. I'm going with this is their way to limit the weight of the set when carrying around the course. Yeah, that's the ticket... - Value for the money: this is a relatively inexpensive golf set that has everything you need to get started, but won't break the bank if you later decide golf is not for you. In other words, it's a great value for beginners! Now that I have my very own left-handed golf set, the next step is to get my wife her very own right-handed golf set. Once that's in place, we can start taking lessons and become gold pros, touring the country for extra cash in our retirement. This is (to my novice eyes) a great beginner's set for those just starting out. You'll learn quickly if you love the game and want to invest in more equipment, or if you're a casual golfer who will be happy with the beginner's set forever. Highly recommended!

Im new to golfing. As a lefty theres not alot of options for beginner sets. My first set had cracks going down the shaft for the driver. The replacement set is good though.

I’ve been using this shoe bag specifically for my golf shoes, and it’s been a really solid addition to my gear. The size is just right as it easily fits my shoes with room to spare, and I like that it can handle larger sizes without feeling cramped. The overall construction feels durable and well-made, not flimsy like some other bags I’ve tried. One thing I really appreciate is the breathable design. After a long round, my shoes can get pretty sweaty, but this bag allows for good airflow so odors don’t get trapped inside. It definitely helps keep things fresher compared to fully enclosed bags. The horseshoe-shaped opening is a nice touch as it makes putting shoes in and taking them out quick and hassle-free. The side pockets are also super convenient. I got this golf bag cover for my husband, as the flimsy cover that came with his bag tore after light use. This bag cover is a thicker material, yet the overall weight of the cover is lighter than it looks(which is preferable when your bag already weighs quite a bit from clubs and balls). There was no noticeable odor upon opening, and no visible frays or other stitching or material issues. In fact, the cover seems well made and has smooth zippers with decently sized pulls, a smooth extra inner lining, and velcro to cover the gaps depending on the bag size. We have a total of four bags in our family. This particular cover was described as medium, and it fit all but our largest bag (we don't use that bag anymore because it is bulky and heavy). So, this cover will fit a pretty good range of bag sizes. Overall, I am happy with this item. It certainly looks like it will be durable, and it is a solid value in my opinion.

This has been a really useful addition for storing and transporting a golf bag. It’s lightweight but still does what it’s supposed to do, which makes it easy to handle without adding a lot of extra bulk. I like that it folds down nicely when not in use, so it doesn’t take up much space. It’s simple, but that’s honestly what makes it practical. The material feels high quality, especially for how lightweight it is. I also really like the placement of the zipper, which gives easy access to the clubs while still helping keep them protected and dry when not in use. The interior snaps are a nice touch as well, and I like that they’re on a swivel so they can be adjusted as needed. The only flaw I’ve noticed is that some of the stitching at the top is a little off, which I included in my photos. I don’t think it will affect how it functions right now, but I do have some concern about whether that area could come apart over time. Overall, it’s a well-designed and practical option that works well for storage and travel, with just a minor concern on stitching.
