Assembled in <5 minutes. Extremely smooth rolling and folding. Very happy thus far. The front wheel is lockable in place as well if you don't want it rotating. It comes with two rubber gaskets and no reference for those, they are used in the end of the handle when you do not have the umbrella attachment in place. It simply seals the end and make it looks nicer. I've not seen another use for it. You get 2, I imagine 1 is simply a spare. Overall though if you're looking for a lightweight cart, simple to fold and unfold, without too much going on, this is an excellent buy. My ONLY wish is it had a cell phone holder, however I'm using one for a bike handlebar, it mounts perfectly to the handle if you wanted to go that route. ... show more
