The first thing is it's very hard to get the plastic off of the chain when you receive it. Very hard. You have to pick a little bit of plastic at a time and that was difficult. You can see in the very first picture that's some of the debris from me picking the plastic off. The stones are very well placed on the necklace and charm. None of them are crooked and funky looking. I am very disappointed on the little latch from the heart to the "J" you can see there is a major misalignment with the clasp. It is circled in red on the picture above.
