This thing is FAR heavier than you may believe. Looks incredibly well built. Incredibly simple, yet so effective. The 6 point pad just sits atop the valve. So no assembly really required above the sink. It’s essentially, self-cleaning. Just use a cup and rinse until it’s clear water. We use it to rinse coffee, cocoa, wine glasses and empty canned food cans. Recycling is dramatically cleaner and the smell has gone away. This install precipitated me deciding to completely rebuild my under kitchen sink plumbing entirely. New ball valves to sink and all drainage pipe past the trap. Most of that was difficult. But the ease of install for this thing was welcomed. Permanently installed upon the braided line for this rinser is a small, yellow plastic install tool. Allows you to crank both ends of the hose onto the appropriate point. These are different sized fittings, so this is an incredibly smart idea. No outside tools needed at all. Again, we LOVE this thing. So helpful.

The media could not be loaded. SUPER EASY install. You literally just tee off your existing water line. I suppose it would be difficult for those not mechanically inclined enough to put a hose on threads, though. It even comes with a real picture book on how to do it. The water pressure is FANTASTIC. I tested it with a water bottle that had leftover pre-work out from this morning and it rinsed it out perfectly. My house has amazing water pressure, too. So I'm sure that helps a lot as well. The stainless part is nice. It feels heavy duty and not like it'll accidentally get bent in case I smack it with my large pizza stone. You do have to push down a bit hard, but it's just so you don't bump it and spray your ceiling. It's already tilted with an existing bushing so the water runs right out. All in all, 10/10 recommend.

The media could not be loaded. The unit seems robust. Installed myself with no real issues*. I do wish they had a polished chrome like version but it does match the sink at least. The only issue encountered, but expected, was the included three way splitter/ coupler. Other reviews indicated the three way leaked. The one included in my package was no different, it leaked no matter what I did. A trip to Home Depot and $4 later I was in business with no other leak issues. Hence the 4 star rating. All in all I’m happy and satisfied, I’ve wanted this option for a while but was hesitant to cut through granite top. This certainly a much more economical option to Delta model which has plastic components

I had this for about 3 months and my glass cleans well. But recently, it started leaking out the top (holes) because water is constantly running through it. I've contacted customer service but no one has replied. Keep this in mind before purchasing the product. Edit: Customer service has reached out to us and was able to ship out a full replacement to me.

The media could not be loaded. There are so many variations on this product, many of them sourced from the same offshore factories. The Delta model is totally plastic, and sits flush so it collects water, so that was out. What I was looking at was the robustness of the actuator "hand," spin action of the jets, drain angle, kit completeness, and durability/look of the fixture itself. This met all of those conditions, and then some. The actuator hand is heavy and solid, with a fairly thick and removable rubber-gel-ish cover, so the entire thing is easy to clean. The fixture is pretty thick and heavy. The jets spin. An angled spacer under it tilts it toward the sink so water doesn't sit in it. It is a little tricky to get the angle to sit properly, because you need to position the locking nut and its screws in the plane of the incline (you really need help to get it right). But once it's in, and you've tightened down all of the connections (check twice!), it is really satisfying and does a great job. The only pain was drilling the hole in the quartz, but I can't blame the product for that.

This is the BEST option for a cup rinser on Amazon. I've had one that was cheaper and no name but it just wasn't long enough to fit through all the way of our granite countertop so it was difficult to get the supply line hose connected. Did some searching and this specific cup rinser stated it was longer for granite counter tops and it's PERFECT. It's so much easier to install as well, the two screws to secure the rinser base down from the underside of the counter is such a better design than a normal locking nut. The sprayer is powerful and easy to activate. Seriously this is the best option for the price, just go for this one. I regret ever fiddling with the other ones.

I've been using this rinser for a few months now allowing for ample time to see if it's worth it. I didn't know I needed this until I realized how much I use it. It's well worth it! After comparing several brands including Delta's version I decided I didn't want to pay a ton for a rinser but wanted one that looked appealing and seemed to be of high quality for a lower price point. This rinser fit my criteria. My husband had it installed in a few minutes. We have had no leaks or problems using it. Occasionally there is a loud noise it makes when you forget to shut off the water facet while using it. To me, this is minor and hasn't affected its usage or effectiveness. I reached out to the seller when I realized I didn't add the added free one for the promotion that was going on at the time. They sent the additional one and responded quickly which was a bonus. If you have teens and are constantly reminding them to rinse their cups or to clean out their tumblers then this device makes it a bit easier. I only wish I had one of these when my kids were smaller for all the bottles and kid's cups I washed over the years. It would've made it much easier. If you are redoing your kitchen or changing out facets in the kitchen then consider a rinser because it makes tumbler cleaning easier.
