I put it two pieces on wrong and ended up breaking a piece of it but still managed to fix it. I was hoping it would be white to match the rest of my decor but oh well.

The piece in itself is cute. I ordered it in white but it is definitely not pure white. It is a yellowish white. She. I put it next to other white furniture it is very obvious. It is a cute piece and seems sturdy enough but it’s pretty small. It barely comes to my knee so make sure you really look at the measurements to ensure it will fit your needs.

I bought this for fabric storage knowing the height of it was going to be very low so I also purchased legs to attach. I was concerned that the legs would be difficult to attach to the base but since the unit has solid feet on the bottom I was able to attach them and mount the legs on the feet. I also added peel and stick wallpaper to the doors and the back piece, I put this all on before I assembled the piece to make it quicker and easier.

I ordered 3 of these to line my dining room wall. I put all three together in about an hour and 15 mins. (using a power drill on low speed). The color is creme, not white. The doors have a mechanism that allows you to easily snap them in and out of the sliders. As you can see from the photos, this is a low cabinet. I considered adding legs to them but got enough compliments on the way it looks that I’ve decided to leave it the way it is. Note that the inside depth is only about 10 inches so measure whatever it is you’re going to put in there first before ordering this. My large crock pot only fits by placing it on its side. I tried to circumvent this issue by not placing the back on one of the cabinets, however that made it very unstable. The cabinet comes flat packed in a somewhat large box that’s about 3 feet by 5 feet and is a little heavy. The boxes felt like 70 lbs. each, so, be careful if you can’t lift that much. Imagine 3 of these waiting on my doorstep in the cold rain. My reason for 4 stars is because there was one screw missing in one box for one of the legs so packaging isn’t consistent. The leg screwed on tight enough with one screw (and a power drill) so it’s fine and not an issue.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. The buffet came securely packaged and in a short period of time. I’m a 60+ female, not terribly handy, and I was able to put this together. The instructions recommend 2 people, but I was able to do it by myself. The instructions could’ve been a bit clearer, but they were fine. As other people mentioned, it is antique white. This was perfect as my dining area has a antique white farmhouse table and chairs. Some people mention that it was too low, but one of the good things about this item is that it in the description it contained a diagram with all the dimensions inside and out. I wish all online furniture would do that. I’m the kind of person that will get a cardboard box to simulate the item so I knew exactly how tall it was going to be. Again it worked out perfectly for me. For those people who said it was too low, they can get furniture legs at Home Depot to increase the height. I decided to stain the top of the buffet to match my table and chairs. I used Minwax poly shade. Big mistake. I’m going to have to redo it or purchase a piece of wood to substitute for the top and stain it as I would a solid piece of wood. I’ve used regular stain in the past over painted furniture. It takes a long time to dry but it works beautifully. The Minwax polyshade was too difficult to use . So the photo shows the buffet with my attempted stained top. Although you can’t see from the photo, it should be redone. All in all this is a great Buffet for the money. By the way I drilled holes in the doors and added knobs. All in all, I give it five stars. Yea, a place to store my seldom used dishes and glassware!

I should have read the measurements better as I was expecting this to be bigger. Also expected it to be white but it’s more off white. Directions were not the greatest but I managed to make it work. I still like how it looks in the space.
