Hi, I've been a big fan of these shirts, but at the moment at least, they only have "tri-color black" instead of true black. "Tri-color" is charcoal gray, not black! Be warned -- I just had to return shirts because gray and black are not the same thing.

Added pics because I absolutely despise that male models always hunch over and you never really get a great representation of how a shirt looks and fits. Anyway this review is after one cool wash/regular dry cycle and I must say it didn't really shrink and it still fits well. This shirt is also extremely soft; the materials are really great. The only con I will admit is the boxy fit, which is negligable and hardly noticeable because it's loose-fitting, but I also don't fancy tight fitting shirts. What's nice is the sleeves don't have "wings" and are narrower around than the typical box shirt. The shirt could maybe be like an inch longer like how the model picture is kind of showing but I can't say how tall that dude is anyway. I'm more partial to longer shirts because I'm 6'1. Overall great feeling and fitting shirt especially for the price. Will most likely buy again. ... show more

I had 100%cotton before and returned them. itching and tight after washing. I had another T-Shirt here from a part time job that was 50% Polyester, 25% Cotton, 25% Rayon and it was so comfortable. I need some T-Shirts for our cold winter months and these are fantastic.

Ordered T-shirts to make custom ones for work and attempted to buy black. Pictured is what arrived. It is quite gray, not black, so I’m a little disappointed with that but quality is great otherwise..

I have several types of American Apparel shirts. This one fits bigger and baggier than any of the others. They are very comfortable and soft, I should have gone a full size smaller. I bought the 50/50 blend after and loved those.
