Nice product but unfortunately I'll probably return it because the dimensional drawing on the product page is incorrect; it indicates a 2.5" gap between the top of the lower step and the bottom of the main step which would be a nice gap to accommodate your toe which is why I bought it however in reality there is no gap. The top of the lower step is level with the bottom of the main step so you cant even get your fingers between them. Basically you can only get your tippy toes on the bottom step which is only 2" lower than the top step anyway so it's almost pointless to have it imho. The product pics show more gap as do those on some reviews so maybe they changed the design or I got a dud I dont know. It would be better with the bottom step dropped down a few inches and tucked in a bit so it doesn't stick out so far. Otherwise the quality is nice and it looks good. It sticks out 7" from my hitch receiver with the shortest setting. ... show more

We were looking for the perfect hitch cover for our new Lexus SUV and had ordered several before deciding on the Rhino D360T with textured black powder coat finish. We couldn't be any happier with our choice and love the look and functionality of this product! The quality is better than we expected! It fits snug and level and overall a nice touch of bling without going overboard. Best part is, we don't tend to bump into the hitch as we did before installing it. The design is rugged but classy. We had ordered the same step but in the chrome finish but felt is was over the top too much for the look we were going for. I have a 2020 Tacoma and have attached several hitches to the truck. Various bike racks. Boat. Trailer. This item didn’t fit. It’s very nice and I didn’t want to return it, so got out my angle grinder and took a bit off the corners. I still had to jam it to fit, then once it was in, it was noticeably crooked. I removed it and took a good look at the hitch, which was welded on crooked. I won’t return it because I took an angle grande to it to make it to fit, but I’m disappointed that it’s so poorly built considering it’s price point. I wish other reviews had mentioned the crooked weld. That would have been the first thing I looked at if I’d known. ... show more

We were walking away from our truck at the store and heard a sound behind us. Some little old lady drove her van into the back of the truck! Everyone was okay and insurance covered it! I was glad we had the step hitch there because if was only a ball hitch or no hitch the damage would have be worse. I got this so Grammy could step up high enough to get things from the back of the truck. We were happy with that aspect so we got a new one. It was difficult to get it in the receiver the first time and just as bad the second time. I don't tow anything these days so I have no cause to remove it so I just needed to go on! I hope we don't have to go for a third one but if it does it's job! I would! ... show more

I’ve had this on my rear hitch for 3 years and it held up great. Flat finish hides wear. I don’t really use it to stand up higher; I bought it to protect my bumper from damage by other drivers. After a couple years one of the plastic end caps fell off and was lost so maybe glue those in each year but other than that it was awesome. This week I was rear ended at a pretty good speed and the Rhino absorbed all the damage. It’s now bent crooked so I’m buying a new one but it saved me the $1500 it would probably cost to replace and paint the bumper in a not quite matching paint job. Once I opened the box, I was worried if my item is straight - based on other people's horror stories/posts from other brands that the qualities are bad. Then once I put the D360T on my Sequoia, Wow...it's perfect. There's no bend or any issues. I'm really happy with it. A week ago, I returned the first one for the single step (360T). My wife and I are not too tall so I returned it. On the second item (the current one, D360T), the two-steps is perfect for us. I was worried if the second step might be too low and impact my car going off-road, etc. But no, it's just nice. We can't ask anything else from Go Rhino. The quality is good enough. If I lose my D360T, I will buy it again. ... show more
