My husband owes one blood glucose monitor kit and I wanted to get one for me too. This kit has everything you need to make tests: it has blood sugar meter, test strips, lancing device with lancets, a control solution, and even two AAA batteries ( I know a lot of monitors like that don't come with batteries). Everything comes in a case. There is a user manual included too which was very helpful. Honestly this device is even better than the one we have. Not all devices have such detailed descriptions about what’s included with the set and how to use it. You will understand how to use this device even if you are a beginner. It’s super easy. You get results within 5 seconds.

This kit comes with everything needed. It's easy to use and so far is accurate. This kit is a good value because test strips themselves can be costly (especially for some brands), so it's nice that this comes with so many. I also like that it's easy to find additional test strips for this glucose meter here on Amazon and their 100-pack doesn't seem very expensive when compared to most of the other brands 100-packs.

I ordered this to use as a way to test my blood glucose after consuming foods or drinks to check for an glucose response to foods I eat - as I'm trying to keep my carbs lows and hence my glucose low to reduce insulin in my body. I'm not doing a Keto diet, but a low carb diet and some foods trigger a glucose response in some people and not in others and the only way to find out what triggers you is to constantly test your blood glucose before and after consumption of foods and drinks (like coffee with creamer and collagen, which cause a glucose spike for me.) This testing is helping learn what I thought were okay foods and drinks have not been so okay, and to modify what I consume. At first, I was very overwhelmed with all the instructions on how to use each part of the test kit. So, with info overload I defaulted to the quick start guide included and that made learning and using a glucose tester super easy. As a first-time user, I find this device to be super easy, and the auto prick device makes things quick and nearly painless, I don't dread the pin prick at all. And this takes a tiny amount of blood, and the read out is quick and takes a few seconds. Set up takes a minute once you figure out the routine.

This kit is awesome and includes everything you need to make checking your sugar as easy as possible. I absolutely love the carrying case that this meter comes in. The case is high quality and perfect for throwing in my purse or keeping in my car for checking my sugar at any time. The meter has a large clear display that is extremely easy to read. This meter is excellent quality and made very well. I checked this meter against one that is calibrated with my doctors meter and it reads the exact same. Having an accurate meter is imperative and this one is perfect. I love this meter better than some I have bought from the stores. The lancets are high quality and go into your finger easily even when you have a callus on your finger. The needles do not bend easily and help you get the right amount of blood out of your fingers. These lancets are my favorite for sure. The meter strips work well, they are nice and sturdy an absorb the blood very easily. These strips slide perfectly an easily into the meter. Overall this is an amazing kit that I definitely recommend. I think it includes everything you need to check your sugar as pain free and easily as possible. The nunbers are always accurate and the entire kit is extremely well made an high quality. This kit has definitely become my go to an when checking my sugar, I will be buying a second one to keep in my vehicle.

This ‘Glucomate Blood Glucose Monitor Kit’ works as good as any of the others on the market that cost substantially more. The monitor is easy to operate and, more importantly, easy to see and read…the display is huge and backlit. And, as far as I can tell, it’s accurate as well. I like the fact that both test strips and lancets are included with the monitor..and they give you a lot of them. They seem pretty standard as well. The case is nice, but I wish it had pockets for the supplies. I’m satisfied with this ‘Glucomate Blood Glucose Monitor Kit’ and can recommend it.

Lots of Lancets and test strips. Appears to be accurate (compared to expected results and some other monitors. The lancet device is basic and effective. The testing device is fairly straight forward. Oddly it has an old port to connect to your PC but I didnt not find a cable provided, so I assume none is included. I havent had any errors with the device yet. The case is adequate but not my favorite. ifs a tight fit getting everything inside.
