I really liked the style, the buckles and the fact that they have tread on the soles, but they just did not fit right, I exchanged them 3 times and they were too big too big then not long enough but my foot was still swimming in them width-wise so I never found a pair that fit despite trying 3 sizes. I have slightly narrow feet but usually buying boots is pretty straightforward.

I love these boots and was sad when at around 6 months of frequent wear, the material began to peel away. I still wore them though because I loved them that much. Around the 8 month mark, the souls started to come off. Now they aren't wearable. I wish I would have gotten more wear out of them as these were my go to boot. I just don't know if I want to spend 70ish bucks every year to replace them.

Boot shopping for me ( with wide feet, large calves and a high instep) is always a nightmare! As I searched for a wide calf leather boot in my size I saw, day by day, my choices were dwindling. I am planning to head back north after 30+ years in Florida and was afraid I'd have to start my hunt all over again once I arrived (when the prices would be sky high again). I ordered these boots with my fingers crossed. They are not only wide enough in the foot area (M width), the toe area is extremely roomy. I had only a bit of trouble zipping them up and I think that was because the fabric under the zipper was a bit out of place (my fault). The best of all is I won't be embarrassed to wear these because they do not scream "FAKE" leather. I am quite pleased with myself for buying these finally, after all the time I had spent online looking everywhere. (I have not yet worn the boots as it is currently 85 degrees outside).

I got this in a size 7. I sadly couldn't zip them past my ankle and had to make the trip to UPS to send them back. But I can say that they came in a very nice box, were packaged nicely and seemed like really good quality for the price. They felt like once they were broken in they'd be even more comfortable. They're fur lined and the tred on the bottom was great! Perfect for any weather. I loved the look of them and was really disappointed I couldn't keep them because I would have if I could have zipped them up. I hope this company makes truly wide calf boots one day. Because I'll be one of the first to buy them and probably in every color! If I could have worn them I'd have probably given them 5 stars.
