When I first tried them on they were a bit tight. I had on thin footie socks and the zippers did not want to budge but after a few minutes they zipped up. When I started walking in them I realized my feet kept slipping which was uncomfortable so I had to get some gel insoles (comfort is a 2 without the gel insoles). I ordered a size 9 but the tag says 8.5 which isn't so much a problem since they fit, the downside is that they will not fit with thick socks. I dont have thick socks but I know they won't because they're snug with my thin footies and I still have to do a few attempts with the zipper even after they've been broken in. Luckily though, they are warm so you don't really need thick socks but then again it's only fall, so that may change when it gets snowy or in the coulder months, it's mid-October in Illinois as of now. They are cute, comfortable (with gel insoles) and came in a timely fashion. The heel is 3 inches and pretty sturdy, my right ankle kinda feels wierd in them but I dont know of that's the boot or just my ankle because of the adjusted angle. I recommend and hope you find this helpful. If they arent warm come winter I'll try and update my review.

I love these shoes. I like heels and wedges and normally mine aren't so tall so was a little concerned but the design of the shoe doesn't make the heel feel as tall as it is, if that makes sense. The do run a bit big. I wear a 7 in skechers and a 7 in these was too big. Exchanged for a y and perfect fit. My only down side is my feet are a tiny bit wide so little snug on the big toe bone to the other bone. But they are breaking in nice. I will definetly be ordering more shoes from this company

I freaking love this and was sooooo perfect and a perfect fit! True to size also and I'm a size 7.5 and I love the color which was everything just as picture or described. No regret and third time ever making a review on amazon since I've been on for what 9 years now or more. Love these boots and just the best for fall and winter season! Absolutely no regret!

The boots fit well and are very cute. So i had to try them on! I went to try them on after pulled the paper out of them and felt something in the toe. Took it back off and reached in thinking there must be more paper and there was a huge, sharp,dirty staple looking thing hidden in the toe. Im so glad it didnt stab me. But im upset it was in there. That couldve seriously hurt me.

These boots are absolutely adorable. I don’t wear heels so I was hesitant but I couldn’t resist. With 3 inch heels, I can walk with ease. They are chunky sassy and cute! Got so many compliments; normally I’m a wide 8 1/2 and I ordered the 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly and I still have room so yes, they do run big for sure and I’m glad they do because I have trouble finding any cute shoes that fit me!
