I have had my eye on these knee-high boots for quite some time now, and I finally decided to grab them during the Amazon Prime Day deals. I am so incredibly excited about this purchase! First off, the unboxing experience itself absolutely made my day. The boots come from the Globalwin brand, and when I opened the shoe box, I was deeply touched to see their distinctive brand logo featuring a classic mariner's ship wheel with a Star of David embedded right in the center. While I know the design is officially a visual branding element rather than a religious statement, as a meaningful symbol, it genuinely made me so happy to see it right there on the helm of the logo when I opened the package. The boots themselves are exactly as shown in the online listing images. I ordered the camel color in a size 9, which is my usual shoe size. Right out of the box, you can tell these are really nice, well-made boots. They feature detailed clasp buckles, exposed stitching, and decorative laces on the back that give them a rugged, rustic, yet totally chic and cool aesthetic. In terms of sizing and fit, they are very comfortable on the feet. They do run just a little bit on the larger side, but I am actually completely okay with that as they aren't slipping or falling off enough to warrant exchanging them for a half size down. Plus, a little extra room is perfect for thicker socks when the weather cools down. I know some reviews have mentioned concerns about long-term durability, but these aren't going to be a daily wear for me. Living here in Los Angeles, we don't get a ton of heavy rain anyway, and since the inside is synthetic, I know to apply a protective sealant spray before wearing them in any wet weather. Taking that into account, I am very confident these will last me a long time. The regular price of $45 is already very reasonable and fair value for a stylish pair of knee-high boots but getting them with the Prime Day discount for about $10 off made the deal even better. They offer great styling versatility and will look amazing with tucked-in jeans or a cute skirt. These boots are of fantastic quality and the sizing is accurate. They were packaged very carefully to keep them in good condition during shipping. They are lined with a soft fabric that feels warm, but not like it would get sweaty. They are absolutely beautiful and the soles look pretty slip resistant. The zipper glides easily and they are easy to put on. Unfortunately for me, I have wide calves and couldn't zip them up the last two inches. They are so comfortable it is true to size. Great value for the money. Ziper works great. I. Am hard in shoes and these seem to be made well. They are perfect for me . It more like a matte finish then a shiny one which i love.

Beautiful just 2 sizes too large. I want to keep these but ill probably donate them rather then send them back theyre just soooooo Beautiful and maybe someone could use them at a cheaper price you know. Why not help someone out? I really like these so much. They feel comfy but id need to stuff them with 2 rolled tube socks lol. Idk I want to order again but Im afraid of getting boots that will still be too big. But tge zipper is perfect. Material is soft. And they feel comfy inside. Great for high arched feet like mine and has that natural slope of the top of foot (yes ive tried a boot made for a foot that would have to be missing bones) thats why I say this one is fitted to the human foot rather well which i can appreciate.     • Bought these for fall not expecting much- pleasantly surprised.
I was terrified to buy footwear online. It just seems like a recipe for disaster! But I got these, because they were perfectly in my budget, and I figured if they were crap I wouldn’t be out too much money. Well, I was all wrong. These boots are GREAT. They have a thick exterior that has held up well so far in Oregon winter- cold and rainy. There is a real lug sole on the bottom that is very secure and I am not worried about slipping at all. Would I hike in these? No. But I would (and have) danced all night in them, walked across town, etc. I would recommend wearing thick socks so your feet don’t slip forward in the boot while walking, just makes it much more comfortable. The height of the boot is perfect for me, ending just below the knee, the back fits perfectly without folding when I bend my knee. I am 5’10 and so I was really looking for a tall boot. Now, onto the calf. If you have large calves, yes, it will be a SQUEEZE. It takes two hands to zip up these boots for me. Unfortunately what I thought was a dual zipper is actually only one- the zipper on the exterior of the boot is sewn over at the top, so you can’t unzip it. If you really want these boots but aren’t sure about the calf, I’m sure you could unpick the seam running over it to unzip, but, I haven’t tried. My calf is 17 inches around and does fit- however, as I mentioned it is a real squeeze to get them on. However! Once I have them on, I don’t find it uncomfortable at all. In fact, I kind of like that I don’t have to worry about them slipping around while I walk. For the price, you really can’t beat them. Also! If you cannot wear heels for whatever reason, don’t be afraid. The heel on these I estimate is between .5 inch and .25. It is a platform sole so there is not a big drop. I was worried because I can’t really wear heels since breaking my ankle but I found these very comfortable and SECURE. I am not worried about my ankle in these, both in regular walking and on wet floors. ... show more
