The shields fit aviator sunglasses quite well. They also do indeed block sunlight quite well. You can easily fold the glasses with them on, too; It does not add much bulk to the glasses. However, depending on your face shape, the top and bottom of the shield will likely push up against your face which is unfortunate. ... show more

The theory is correct, but the shields are not universal whatsoever. They only fit a particular angle of glasses. And that is difficult to foresee when you buy them and try them. The manufacturer is deceptive and stating that they clip on to most classes because they do not. Therefore, I highly recommend no one by these. If you’re like me, you don’t like to have to return items to Amazon. And that would happen only if these manufacturers were more precise in their descriptions of their product. The shields not only don't fit, they won't stay in place. They tilt side to side and slide back and forth on the ear pieces. Maybe they work with some glasses, but not mine.
