I mean, for being one of the cheapest bass guitars on Amazon, it's not bad. But you can definitely tell it's a cheaply made instrument. As others have stated, mine too came with several blemishes, but nothing bad enough to me warrant a return. The tuning pegs are cheap, and I may try and replace them. The tuner works well, which I seem to be using a lot due to the pegs. Overall, it's a good bass, but it definitely sounds and plays like a beginner instrument. If that's what you want, go for it. If you're looking for something to sound and play nice, you'll need to fork out another couple/few hundred bucks for a better guitar.

Been a bass player for many years. Bought this bass as something to just have at home if friends come around and want to play music so that I don’t have to pull out my amp, etc. I didn’t expect it to be a high end instrument. It’s a student level instrument. Electronics are fine. Tone is decent. It did come with a blemish on it (see pic) & two of the tuning keys are struggling to hold tune (I have a 5 string Glarry I bought as well to see if I wanted to learn 5_string. It holds tune fine, but I did have to replace the input jack, as it would cut out). I couldn’t find a way to contact the seller on Amazon about the tuning keys so I contacted Glarry directly and they stated it’s an Amazon purchase, so they contacted the seller and said the seller would reach out to me within a couple of days. Never heard from the seller. Glarry makes a reasonable student instrument for the money, but know that customer service is very lacking and you may have to make repairs right off at the arrival of the instrument. I’ll probably keep the bass but get a better set of tuning keys since the seller is not responsive. Not the best way to do business. Doubt I’ll purchase from this manufacturer again. Definitely not from this seller. A shame really. 3/27/24: reached out to seller directly. Seller wants pictures which would be useless as the keys are not physically damaged on the outside, just defective and won’t hold tune. The pic of the blemish is in this review. I’ve reported them to Amazon. I usually don’t get this aggravated but this seller/manufacturer has no sense of customer service. Been a Prime member for 20 years, never had an issue like this. 3/30/24: seller stepped up and compensated me for the defective parts via partial refund. This was a reasonable settlement. Took a lot of effort and several days to resolve. Again, decent, affordable instruments for the price. The customer service approach could stand to change.

So I am a bass guitar player for many years and own dozens of Hi end brand bass guitars ,so when a friend asks me to help him out with buying bass guitar for his son who is a beginner player, like any father who has been through the invest money in a instrument only to find out that the child has lost interest , and the fear that investing in the low budget instrument that is not a toy, I have to say that this bass is very impressive for the pasos, the fit Finnish and sound quality is very good, this coming from a guy that has spent thousands on a single bass guitar, for a beginner or for a guy who wants a beater guitar that is fun to play without the cost , this is well worth it

I picked this bass up as a take anywhere no worries instrument. I've played it every day since I received it the sound is great. I do have to tune it alot but the strings are new so that's expected. Tuner works great. Action is high but and easy fix. I have yet to plug it in so I'm not sure about the electrical side.

I was on the fence about trying this out. I am a ukulele player but have thought about trying base for a while. The low price of this and the fact that it was acoustic with electric capabilities was appealing to me. This thing is pretty awesome! Feels like it is well built, sounds great (haven't tried the electric features yet), and I ama really enjoying learning to play on it!
