This was an absolute godsend for me when I felt like I had tried everything and nothing was working for me. It's the epitome of "Not fabulous, but adequate", and if you go in with that level of expectation, you'll be fine. Pros: 1. Supportive and very comfortable, right out of the package. 2. Available colors are actually very pretty and on-trend. 3. Both band size and cup size seem accurate and TTS. Snug but not tight. If you're debating between two cup sizes, I would go up, not down. Cons: 1. Armpit comes up very high, higher than I personally need or want. If you have a lot of tissue in that area, I can easily see how it could cut in and be uncomfortable. It will show under any sleeveless top. 2. It's weird how the lace takes up such a huge percentage of the cup. This probably makes it stretchier and more forgiving in terms of sizing, but also more fragile and less supportive. It looks slightly odd. It would be more normal if two-thirds of the cup was "solid" and only the top of the cup was lace, as with many other bras. 3. Some reviewers mentioned rough fabric. It's not the most luxurious fabric I've ever felt, but it's nowhere near as bad as I had feared. A few washings should soften it. Again, everything about this bra can summed up as "good not great." I am absolutely loving this bra. I’m a 36DD and I’ve suffered with terrible shoulder pain from years of wearing unsupportive bras. I had turned back to Playtex 18hr shoulder support bras and loved them, but the quality was terrible. My grandmother actually used to sell this bra many years ago at her local department store and my mom recommended it. The other Glamorise styles had proven to be not for me, due to the band rolling up and other fit factors. This bra has been pretty great! It fits, lifts, separates, doesn’t kill my shoulders, and the band doesn’t roll! I love the padded shoulders on this style. I do wish the cups were seamless and maybe not so pointy, but this bra checks so many other boxes that I don’t care. Try it. ... show more

This bra is very beautiful and the size chart is accurate. I bought this for my Mom and she says it’s the most beautiful and comfortable bra she’s ever worn. The only drawback is that it’s rather pricy ($49.00) but definitely worth it!

First I want to address the two most common criticisms of this bra: First, cone boob. This bra, like every seamed, soft cup bra in the universe, will give you more of a pointy shape than a seamless underwire bra would. Compared to other seamed, soft-cup bras, the cone boobening is pretty mild here. It's also worth keeping in mind that the shape a bra holds your boobs in is as much of a variable fashion trend as skirt length or pant cuff width. Cone boobs used to be all the rage. Lately we're in an age of round, high boobs, which, objectively. is equally as unnatural looking (maybe arguably more so, since bra-less boobs tend to be a little pointier). Point (haha see what I did there?) being, cone boobs in and of themselves aren't bad. It's just not what's trendy right now. So consider this bra will hold your boobs in a shape you are not used to before buying. Second, durability. I'm not some psychopath who hand washes bras because that is straight nonsense, however, you do have to handle this bra with some care. Basically, hook the hooks, pop it in a mesh lingerie bag, and wash it with your other cold water clothes on the cold water delicate cycle. Then air dry it. I'm guessing that a lot of the problems with the lace are coming from the bra hooks getting caught in the lace, so hooking the bra and using a lingerie bag should take care of it. I've washed this particular bra four times now with no problems. If it does start to fall apart, I'll update this review (and take off some stars). Now, the review part of the review. This is a really comfortable bra. It's been a long time since I've worn a bra that I didn't dread wearing and rip off my body the instant I got home. I particularly appreciate that there's no side boning, which I have found merely warps into a "C" shape as it conforms to my side fat, and then serves to do nothing but stab me in my armpit all day. Despite the lack of plasticware inside, this bra is very supportive, thanks to a wide underband and solid cup construction. The straps don't slip on me (I'm fairly broad shouldered, though, so your mileage may vary), nor do they cut into my shoulders. I tossed my dingy Elomi Hermione bras (talk about a bra that does weird things to your shape) and bought a total of four of these. Cone boobs in 2015, y'all! My wish list item is that Glamorise made the Magic Lift t-shirt bra in the same size range as this one, since the lace makes this unsuitable for clingy t-shirts and the lack of lining means you're going to be showing your nipples to all your coworkers in your cold, air conditioned office.
