I love eating with chop sticks because it makes me slow down my pace of eating, and makes my meals more intentional. These feel good in my hand and clean up easily with a little soapy water. The ends are very thin and not textured at all, so they might be more difficult for a novice, but I’ve been using chop sticks for 40 years, so not a problem for me. I love these chopsticks. They’re a little slippery because of the coating that’s put on them when they’re made, I assume. However they are dishwasher safe. I’ve washed them multiple times in the dishwasher and they still look nice!
