Why do I need to press the button twice to turn on the SUP Pump? In order to prevent the air pump from accidentally turning on during transportation, we have specially set up a new power-on method: Press Twice to Power On/ Hold to Power Off. Press once or Long press will not turn on the sup pump. What is charging protection? Why is the indicator light still flashing red after charging all night? When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will turn green. If the charging cable is not unplugged after 10 minutes, it will enter the charging protection state to prevent battery damage, and the light will turn red and flash again. Why is the inflation time slow (more than 8 minutes) and only 1-2 boards can be charged after a full charge? Solution: Please Tighten the Tube to Prevent Air Leakage. For detailed operation, please watch the video. Normally, it takes 8 minutes to inflate to 15PSI. And after fully charged, it can inflate 3 boards. What is a Dual-stage pump? Why does the sound of a Dual-stage pump get louder when the air pressure exceeds 0.8PSI? Dual-stage pump have two modes, low pressure and high pressure, it can increase the speed of inflation. When PSI < 0.8PSI, it is in low mode and inflate quickly. When PSI > 0.8PSI, it will switch to high mode, the noise will get louder. it is normal.

Great for my SUP it inflates it in no time. And it does inflate 3 paddle boards as advertised. The charging is a lil tricky because it doesn’t say it’s done. So I have to leave it overnight and assume its charge is complete. But it works super good. Loved it.

Would not pump over 1.1 psi - seems like a switch problem, unit would not switch into high pressure. Exchanged it for a second unit, hoping it was just a manufacturing fluke, but the second unit did the same thing. Would love to buy one that works ( with a 2 year warranty of course ) If 1.1 psi is good enough for your purpose, then go for it ! ... show more

I have only used this 3 times. The first time, no success....so thought maybe it just lost charge. Second time, it would stop before hitting the psi I set... and battery took WAY longer to charge than the 3.5 hours it says...it took like all day. Then after fully charged today, I blew up ONE small child's raft, came home, and put on charger again, even tried a better cord, but it was already flashing red, which apparently that means it's less than 10% charged. How did I go from "full green charge" to LESS THAN 10% from blowing up a SMALL CHILD'S raft, way smaller then my paddle board. Something is not right and, for the $90 price, I'm not impressed... plus it's big and bulky, but dang. Ugh. ... show more

I have no complaints I use it to air up tubes on the boat and the battery lasts a lot longer than expected I’ve aired up 3 different 3 person tubes without an issue. Even if the battery goes bad you can plug it into a cigarette lighter so as long as the pump holds up pretty happy with it

Purchased two, one of them was defective out of the box. Writing this review after one successful use of the second pump, may have to update the review/rating after some time. As of today: inflate operation is great, just need to find a matching gasket for the SUP. Deflate is too slow. I suggest deflating manually by opening the valve, then finishing off using this pump. I suggest one improvement for the hose connection - using standard hose connection which is compatible to the original SUP’s manual pump hose could be a huge improvement. ... show more
