I know these are designed for off road and gravel applications but I bought these exclusively for road biking. They are much less clunky walking around vs regular road bike shoes. They look good too. I use them with my spd pedals and they work perfect.

I like these shoes. They are light weight. The material seems thin. I don't have any opinion about durability just yet. I like the use of Velcro. These shoes ran small for me. My previous shoes were sized 45. They were a little long but the toe box was roomy. The new shoes in size 45 were just a little tight. The length was right at the edge of being small. The toe box was tight. I went up to size 46. Better all around. Not to big. Plenty of room for my feet to swell after a long day of trails. ... show more

The shoes came much quicker than promised. Vendor shipped over night. My old shoes sole separated while peddling, not good. The new shoes fit great and my SPD cleats were easy to set up. Usually I have to play around with the adjustments, this was not the case. Later that night I went for a 20 mile ride. I would highly recommend these shoes. I found out from the seller that Giro has a 30 day fit guarantee even if you install your cleats and use the shoes. You can’t go wrong 🚴 ... show more

Offered as a 12, sent a 46 (which is too small for us size 12s!). I returned via Whole Foods location (could not have been easier!), and got a 47, which fit perfectly.
