I've used Mach 3 for decades, for me, this is the best, there's no reason for more than three blades, but having the three instead of 1 or 2, does a great job. I actually get a full quarter out of these - yes, three months each, and I shave every 3-4 days. (they are definitely worn by then, but they still work!) I love Gillette, and will not change to other brands, as these work super. I've tried others, but either not worth the money, or didn't see the big difference, and being that Gillette is a local company (to Boston area) and Made in the USA! It has been hard to find a high-quality razor for a reasonable price. I’m so thankful that I stumbled upon this listing because it finally gave me a balance of a high-quality product at an affordable price. These razors last quite a long time when used properly.     • Just strange packing.
For the record I received 6 blister packs with the plastic holder for 5 blades but only 2 BLADES IN EACH. I got all 12 blades but it seemed like a terrific waste of packaging.
