The shirts are fine and fit a big guy like myself (6’0” , 300lbs) but I doubt they would hold up in construction work or something heavy duty because they are very thin shirts. IF YOU ROLL UP THE SLEEVES, THEY WILL GET STRETCHED OUT EASILY and you will have annoying huge sleeve holes. The sleeves do shrink back to regular size when washed though. I've bought eight or ten of these in varying colors. They're not your fashion choice but they're extremely functional - great price, decent quality. The stitching fails out after a lot of wear and the cuffs tend to be the first to wear out, but you have a while to go before that happens. The material is perfect weight, not that thin gauzy stuff or so thick that you can't wear this on a spring/fall day where the temperature is going to swing around wildly from dawn to dusk. Bought these for work shirts. They have held up well. Fit well, sleeves are actually long enough. Some shirts have sleeves that don't go to the wrist. My job requires sleeves that cover your whole arm.
