I am 5'2" and in the 140's, I usually wear an adult small tee shirt but this is obviously preshrunk multiple times because this fits more like a fitted tee, I ordered a couple more in a medium so I will see how they fit when they come in, but these are exactly as pictured, true Gildan brand, some say different but my tags were authentic. They material is not thin, it's a good quality material and very comfortable just made on the small size. I would say go up a size, unless you are looking for a loose shirt then go up maybe 2 sizes. ... show more

This shirt runs very small. It's more pink than red. And when I tried to return it they were going to charge me almost $4 for the retuen .Do not buy from NY lingerie company. They do not stand behind their product and this to me is bad customer service. I just kept the shirt.
