These shirts are very nice, especially for the price. Good fit, soft and comfortable (not tight, not loose, and just stretchy enough). I detest shirts with all that bulky extra fabric around the middle. These shirts are great because they come in a variety of colors so none of that annoying strip of “white shirt” reveal. I normally buy a much more expensive brand that is at $25/shirt. These shirts seem like good quality. I have washed them twice and they look like new. I really hope they hold up for a long time.     • Were good, last pack wasn't made right and fell apart.

Ok, I bought 2 of these packs before, they were good. Got a third pack just recently (around September 2023) and this last one had an issue. The sewing on the arms (and somewhat the neck) were not done right, they didn't tie and cut the excess thread ends off on all of them. A day after wearing one of them after the initial wash, there was a two inch hole in the armpit as the sleave was coming off. Went to fix it, and recalled loose thread I'd cut off of another one that poked out of the entire sleeve from inside, so I looked at all the others. All but one sleeve inside had thread at least four inches long still left there, and three of the ten sleeves weren't properly knotted/tied off for that thread meaning it could with a bit of use just come loose and fall out. Now, it was less than an hour for me to go and tie off and cut off the excess on each one, and re sew that hole in the one that had completely opened up, but for some they wont be able to do that or it would take longer. So while I do historicly like these shirts, this last batch... was a big concern and had a fairly major problem with the shirts just falling apart within a day of use. I probably will try getting another pack again in the future after another few months or year again, but I'll be keeping in mind to immediately see if they still have issues with the arms sewing on those. Wasn't an issue with the previous ones, I still have some from two years ago I wear and they're just fine, so it was only this last batch that had the issue for the record. These shirts are very soft, as others have mentioned. They are a very thick material and, as such, are very warm. This could be a wonderful thing in the winter time or a cool climate. However, I'm in Las Vegas, Nevada, where it's over 100° nearly every day from June through September. I would prefer a lighter shirt which allows the fabric to breath. In fact, I'm not sure the moisture wicking works, as these just seem to soak up the sweat. I feel like when I take it off, I can wring it out. The fit is fine, though a little short for tall people (I'm 6'0"). I worry it's going to come out from my belt (I wear these underneath a black dress shirt. I won't buy these again, but will look for a Hanes or Fruit of the Loom which has a lighter, breathable material, not heavy and thick like these. ... show more

I am overall pleased with these shirts. Nicer more mature shade of colors than the polo brand. V neck is much more athletic looking than the regular neck cut. The polo offings in the more "mature"/adult colors I prefer are limited so this was a nice find for me. If you are carrying more than 25% body fat don't bother since these are contour following and will make your love handles and pot belly look ridiculous. If you have good muscle tone - esp. in shoulder/delts/biceps the short sleeve look is quite nice and complimenting. ... show more

Needed to refresh my undershirts and I trust Gilden so I purchased these. For my purposes, they work well. Just be aware they are VERY thin and to me run/feel small for a 2XL. Definitely wouldn't qualify for a stand alone tee shirt, but wouldn't hesitate to buy more as a shirt to wear under a polo or dress shirt. ... show more

After all these years I found out that my husband does not like regular T-shirts (which he has about 50 of), because he does not like the high neck. White V-neck undershirts are just not standing up to daily shirt use. I went looking for colored V-necks and bought these.
