I have been ordering these same shirts for many years, the Guildan product is in my opinion far superior to Hanes or Fruit of The Loom, they are way more durable. I have so far not been disappointed by the quality, or the price. I am a mechanic, so my shirts get a really hard workout, they last for years, you really can't go wrong with the Guildan shirts, of course, I would have preferred a shirt that was made in the U.S.A., but those are few theses days, but Guildan's quality is still present in the shirts that I have received. The only issue that I have is with the packaging of the product shipped to me. Since this listing was a Prime listing, and it is listed as sold by Amazon.com, and shipped by Amazon.com, then my complaint is with whatever Amazon warehouse that packed this order and shipped it. I ordered 2 twin packs of the shirts, they were literally jammed into an unprotected envelope, you know what I am referring to, the cheapest flimsiest envelope that Amazon uses to ship their cheapest items. When I order from a Prime listing, usually I am paying a bit more than other listings. I do this because I am expecting that my items will be packed and shipped with the proper care. These items should have been shipped in a small box, that the order would fit into, at least a box affords some protection. Be aware of this, I issued a complaint with Amazon, hoping they would appreciate customers that are Prime members, I think we deserve a little respect, don't you. The big take away regarding this product, it is well worth the price.

Fo years I have been a fan of Duluth Trading Company long tail T-shirts, but lately, I've noticed they have really cheapened up the weight of the material they use. I have also noticed that after wearing them for a few hours the neck becomes very droopy and saggy – sloppy looking. I inherited a Gildan dry blend T-shirt from a son-in-law who lost a lot of weight. I noticed that even after wearing the shirt all day long the neck was still well shaped and well formed around my neck--giving a nice appearance, which is what I like. They are lighter weight than the Duluth shirts, but close enough that they are satisfactory. I have switched my buying to Gildan because I much prefer the collar and, if you want to look neat, they're the way to go. The fit is a little tighter around the middle than those sold by Duluth so keep this in mind when buying.

I purchased 2 qtys of this 2-pack t-shirt as its a good buy and a single 2-pack of "Gildan Men's Ultra Cotton Adult T-Shirt with Pocket, 2-Pack, Safety Green" which is even better being $5.45 less for each two pack at the time of this review but noticed the prices do fluctuate. I couldn't decide on either so I purchased both to compare them, assuming I would just keep them all, and have. First when ordering the safety green or safety orange for the ultra cotten t-shirt. the material changes to the same 50-50 blend as this one. To my surprise, it is not only the same materia, but the same exact color as this one. The only difference from what I can tell is this one is tagless; which I have no preference for or against. I called Amazon Customer Service regarding these two orders and requested they correct the photo images, since this is not any brighter than the other and seperate the safety colors from the others - it is very misleading. I have worn and washed all the shirts now for several months; honestly I can not tell any difference between them unless I look to see if there is a tag or not. Overall, I like the feel of material, they are comfortable and very visable from a distance, the reason why I purchased them to wear while out cycling, 100% polyester is just to uncomfortable in the FL heat and humidity. As of this edit, 2020-11-16 the other Gildan Ultra Cotton T-shirt is now more expensive then when I purchased it months ago and this one is currently on sale for less if you are a Prime members, so I just purchased two more 2-packs so I don't have to do laundry as much. If you don't care about the tag that you can always cut off, either kind is a great buy for the price and safety expectations wile being also comfortable to wear. See the photos I attached. The shirt in the background is a brand new Gildan Workwear, the picture with the two folded shirts in the foreground has the same shirt several months old of freq washings on the right, the folded shirt on the left is less expensive ultra cotton which is the same 50/50 blend.
