  • Good product
Takes a bit to get a hang of, but following the directions resulted in good hair removal. Be careful it's not too hot and thin as it will burn and will make a thin layer which is harder to peel off. Make sure you really put some pressure on the applicator in the direction of hair growth. It helps make sure the hair gets trapped in the wax. Remove in opposite direction. Is definitely not a pain free procedure, but gives good results. ... show more

  • My go to~
I brazillian myself at home and these are an excellent value. I got the wax warmer kit and the collars too so these are my refills. There is a learning curve to waxing yourself but it will save you money, maybe not so much time, though.... I like this weax because you do not need muslin strips to use it. I leave my warmer on the low heat end after it melts. MUST use pre-hon oil or it will hurt more and be harder to remove. Shave the thigh close to your area, you will need a hairless area to start on both sides. Once you spread the wax, give a few moments then peel up the bottom end so you have somehwere to grip and rip. If you have hair there, it will realllllly hurt to ply up the end, so that's why shave first. Start with small 1x2 areas until you figure it out. Waxing every 4 weeks makes it a little easier with less and thinner growth, but waiting 6-8 wks gives a full cycle, more to remove, might hurt a little more too. You can trim your hair if you wait longer. You will get used to the feeling. Exhale, grunt whatever you need when ripping it off The oil makes it so so much less painful and easier to rip. Get a mirror, get some sort of floor protection like a newspaper, it is hard to clean up if you are not careful and it will ruin fabric permanently. Do not let it harden, it will be super difficult to remove! It should still be a little soft but cool to the touch, If it is warm or too soft, it will just pull like taffy. You will get used to it, do not give up!! That's why do it every 4 weeks, the lighter hair growth is easier to practice on and it will go faster and become easier with practice ...took me about 4-5 sessions to get comfortable and faster at it. ... show more

  • Good product
My go-to hard wax.As long as you use it correctly (temperature, avoiding retinoids before use etc)-works well ie removes hair quickly,”almost” painlessly while not irritating the skin.

  • Love love love this stuff!
I use this in my Gigi wax warmer. I used to go to a waxing salon regularly where I learned about “hard wax” which is great for large areas of hair. I use it on my mustache from time to time and anywhere that needs it! It’s not difficult to use but make sure you watch a tutorial on how to wax first, and use a ‘tiny’ bit of oil all around the area before waxing - I use olive oil ... show more

  • Will Purchase Again
Easy to use. I have tried all different products and this is by far my favorite. Never leaves bumps and minimal redness.

  • Probably the best wax I've found for brazillian
Probably the best wax I've found for brazillian. I also use it under my arms and occasionally on my legs. Easy to use, effective. It is important to use the oil before (or apply baby oil or an alternative to the area prior to use) - I've definitely noticed a difference, as it can stick and become messy without the oil. You don't need it boiling hot; let it melt then put it on low so you're not burning yourself! ... show more
