    • Problem with PCI X16
Really nice looking motherboard but mine had a problem with the PCI slot for GPU. Every time I tried to install the Nvidia driver for my GPU (RTX 4090) it freezes and have to go back to safe mode and use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove the driver and Windows 11 works perfectly. When I switched my PCI to X8 it works. I tried my friend's z790 motherboard with my GPU and it worked. My board had a problem with PCI X16. Waited 2 months for this board and now have to return it because Amazon doesn't have a replacement for this motherboard. Also, Gigabyte still hasn't replied back to my ticket. I can't believe this expensive motherboard comes with this issue! Gigabyte needs to do a better job testing its products, especially their high-end products! ... show more

    • missing parts
ended up getting a used board ( my mistake ) which was missing parts. Gigabyte support is atrocious and that's even when they actually respond.
